This is live for Authorize.net! We’ll be adding Stripe in the near future.Unfortunately it's been a year and Stripe still does not have this function. Please provide this function for Stripe users.

add a filter and daily payment report snapshot to the View Payments screen under invoices
It would be very helpful to have a time filter on the "View Payments" screen that is accessible from the "Invoices" page. This in addition to a quick view of the payment methods with totals similar to the daily payment reports screen would be extremely helpful for quickly seeing where a store is at for the day.

Option to print labels to sheets instead of label printer
Specifically for use when receiving inventory, so the label printer isn't spitting out 100 individual labels, and we can just use 3 sheets of label paper.

Open estimate reminder, please
Please can you build a open estimate reminder just as you have that send auto emails to customers that haven't paid for invoices.
So if a customer hasn't approved a estimate the system will send them reminders too.

Add accessible Stats for non-Admin uers
It would be great if the different techs could see there own number of 'invoiced' tickets day to day, and each others. This would create some (friendly) competition and jokes between techs.
I know that I would like to know if I had fixed the most, and if I hadn't, knowing that I was bottom of the table would motivate me.

Set default payment method for customers
A lot of my business customers always pay by check, and it is inconvenient to have to manually select the check payment type when processing payments. I suggest adding the option to configure a customer to use a specific payment method by default, eliminating the extra step.

Email Track PDF
I would like to suggest the Idea for Emailing to customer.
The idea is when we send Estimate or Invoice email send it to the Customer pdf. Would let us know if the customer read the email or not. Like a Tracking Viewed or not Viewed email.
Like other Program that Called "manager.io" when you send email if the customer view the email, will mark to us as "viewed". If the customer didn't view yet, will mark as "Not Viewed".That a good idea for us to know if the customer is active or not.
Thank You

Please darken the widget headers for easier reading
As per title, please darken the widget headers on each page for easier reading.
In the following image I have made the headers use the same style as the navbar : http://i.imgur.com/DYkAHS8.png

Move Parts into Inventory upon successful delivery
It would be great to add those 'one-time' Part orders into Inventory. We have had numerous one-time Part orders that haven't gone through to repair (customer cancelled, etc.) and we are left with a Part - but it doesn't show up in Inventory and allow to assign to new tickets.

Print multiple ticket labels based on ticket content
We love RepairShopr for our computer and cell phone repair shop. There is a checkbox on our tickets called "Power Cord," which is selected when customers have included the charger for their computers. When checked, we would like to print 2 ticket labels – one for the computer, one for the charger – so that we don't have to manually print an extra one. Would anyone else like to see this feature integrated? Thanks in advance.

Arrange Tickets Reverse Chronologically
When I look for a ticket, the list is presented in numerical order which puts the oldest on the top and newest at the bottom. Usually the ticket I am looking for is one of the newest so I have to scroll down the list to the bottom.
It would be an advantage, at least to me, for the Tickets to bbe listed in "Reverse Chronologic Order" That is, newest on the top of the list.

Allow Users to be added to security groups via a dropdown menu like the notification centre
Hey folks
Just an idea. I've just spend some time trying to sort out our security groups and users permissions. It took me sometime as I had to keep referring back to the user page to see what group each was in and then back to the group page to make the changes.
In my mind it would make much more sense to be able to added users to a security group on the security group page. It could work just like adding users to a notification in notification centre. A dropdown check box would allow to opt users in…

Add {{tech_created}} to show up who created the ticket under the current user for templates
we print tickets for every device on intake, but we dont like how you can "assign the ticket" but not know who created the ticket, i really need to know who really created the ticket , so i know who assigned it to whom(from reading the printed ticket)

UPGRADE to the PROGRESS PANEL on Tickets to show any DEPOSIT and/or PAYMENT
We heavily use the “Progress” panel (on tickets) to see where we’re at on a job. But two big things are missing: who’s the tech that did that step (diagnosis, invoiced, etc) and was there a deposit and/or payment taken? We’re constantly having to scroll down just to reference the tech who made a specific comment. And, we take deposits on repair work, which is about 75% of our tickets, so it would be nice to see a Deposit bar on the Progress panel, too. I’ve made some simple additions to the Progress panel that I think would really help…

Marketr - Email Paid Specific Inventory Items
Couldn't think of what to title it. I'd really like to set up some Marketr templates in order to bring in return service. To make the Marketr really effective, I think a feature that tracks who bought what is needed.
If I sell our Premium Cleanup, it will include a 6 month coupon for 50% off their next cleanup. If I could just automatically email any customer who bought the "Premium Cleanup", 3 months later, I think it would bring in more return business.

Show custom fields information in the customer portal
My customers are getting confused as the item information that I enter in my system under the 'custom fields' does not appear in the customer portal.
I see there is an area on the customer portal ticket look up that is labelled 'Additional Information'
Could this information be shown here ?
I have retail shop clients who may have 10 or 20 of their customers items with me at any one time.15 votes -
Tool Bar NOT scroll with the page
The tool bar with the icons for Customers, Tickets, Invoices, etc scrolls up, off of the screen as a form is filled in or a list is examined. To change to another section of RepairShopR, the user must scroll back up to the top of the page to get to the icons.
If that tool bar were fixed so it does not scroll off of the screen, it would always be available fo th the next step.

Enable FULL customisation of repairshopr by fully integrating custom fields by ID number.
Currently the custom fields (for tickets) are a separate table that cannot be uniquely identified in PDF’s, Emails or other customer visible data. Unfortunately repairshopr only allows me to include ALL of the custom fields that are selected as visible, so I cannot fully customise the tickets, PDF’s or canned responses. You can go to Admin > Ticket Custom Fields and select which fields you'd like to be hidden from PDFs, but this on its own is not powerful enough.
Quite often, I wish to use individual custom fields in a customer email, printable label or ticket update.
