  1. Receive Inventory - Modify Qty, Location, Cost and Retail Price

    It would be a terrific time saver if you could enter:

    • Bin Location
    • Quantity
    • Cost
    • Price

    While receiving inventory or "taking stock"

    As parts are received they could fulfil the "pending orders" and update the quantity on hand.

    This would be a great feature for the Parts Order or the P.O. module. Ideally both.

  2. Void Button

    Hello we just had a situation where an inventory item was purchased and returned the same day with a purchase of a different inventory item. The way I understand void works now is it just voids the payment, but then leaves an open invoice with the voided product with no way to record what was voided.

    If we could change the void button to void the payment, cancel/change quantities of line items to 0 so it restocks any inventory items, and add a Void stamp on the voided invoice for our records. I think that would be very helpful

  3. Integrate with Etilize and Real-Time Distribution Feeds

    I use QuoteWerks because it integrates with Etilize for rich information on products (picture, specs, datasheets) and it integrates with the XML feeds from D&H, Tech Data, Ingram Micro, Synnex, and more.

    I would use RS exclusively for my quoting if it had this feature, and it would only improve everyone's quotes. :)

  4. SimpleHelp Integration

    I have been using ScreenConnect integrated into RepairShopr and it is nice. But I just found SimpleHelp going through the integrations for Watchman Monitoring and this looks amazing. Same great features (and more) as ScreenConnect but one time payment for more features!

    Would love to see integration with this as I plan on switching in the next month.

  5. Quickbooks Online - Create multiple "Accounts to apply payments to" options in setup

    Currently ALL credit card, checks and cash have to go into a single acccount in QB that has to be manually sorted out in QB. If there were at LEAST the ability to have my Vantive Credit Card transactions posted into that account and Checks/Cash posted in Undeposited Funds, we would be saved hours of work each week.

    Further detail - Our credit cards are posted to our bank automatically and recorded automatically when put in our Vantive QB account. i can't put checks in there. So all transactions go to Undeposited Funds now. I then have to go into…

  6. Allow the customization of the customer fields to be added in the POS Module.

    Currently there is provision to add a customer on the fly in the POS modal. Details Here: http://feedback.repairshopr.com/forums/165658-general/suggestions/10893585-pos-add-customer

    We rarely use this as it creates poor quality data, we like to capture the referral source for every customer. So I would like to suggest you can customize the customer fields to be added on the fly in the POS Module.

    Other users may wish to capture more info on the fly like addresses. The big one for us is referral source.

  7. RepairShopr toolbar/extenstion

    I think it would be awesome if there was a Gogole Chrome toolbar or extension that provided acccess to the RS search box and maybe quick access to tickets, invoices, or other selected key items?

  8. Parts Kits created from inventory items

    The ability to select items from our parts inventory and name them as a kit, several of our service jobs use multiple items from the parts inventory sometimes 20 individual items with multiple volumes of these items, we could create kits, making it easier for the engineer to select the correct items and ensure stock levels are managed more efficiently.

  9. Appointment Creation - Default to send email notification, but not send ticket creation emails

    The appointment sending an email by default is handled by the "Tickets do not email initial issue by default" box found at Admin > Ticket Preferences > Advanced. If the box is checked, the appointments will not email by default, and if the box is unchecked then the appointments will email by default, just like the initial issue for Tickets.

    There is currently no way to toggle this on or off for just appointments.

    When we create an onsite ticket, we create an onsite appointment immediately after. I don't need the customer to receive ticket email creations, I only care…

  10. tickets and invoice attachements

    Can you please allow the attachements on the ticket to rollover to the invoice?
    my techs attach documents that need to be emailed along with the invoice.
    I am currently having to save the attachments and re-upload them to the invoice.

  14. Invoice number prefix

    It would be most simple to allow a custom prefix on the invoice numbering scheme. You can keep the same sequential format, but allow me to customize it a bit by adding in something before it. I'd simply add RS so the invoice number would be like RS1000
    If your invoices that sync to my quickbooks overwrite any of my existing invoices we're going to have a big problem.

  16. Stock Take List filters/groupings

    In the Stock Take Lists page, you are able to see all of your Stock Take Lists you have made.

    As of right now, there are no ways to group similar stock takes together, they just save randomly in the list. My suggestion would be to give us a way to filter or group these stock takes together. Either by name, or location set for the stock take would help us navigate the Stock Take Lists page much easier!

  17. Add Worksheet To Intake Form(For Device Functionality Pre-Check) OR Worksheets With Customer Signature Section

    As a smartphone repair shop, we perform a pre-check of the devices functions in front of the customer so that we can determine if there are any issues undisclosed/unknown prior to performing the repair. We currently use a paper checklist and have customers sign and agree on the condition of the device.

    As a very common practice in smartphone repair (and likely many other repair industries) it would be fantastic to incorporate a worksheet into the intake form as a step in the intake/ticket creation process

  19. How does a POS system not print cash receipts? How can management allow this flaw? Is the tech team that unqualified that they cannot fix it

    So frustrating to pay so much for a POS system that can’t even print cash receipts. This is a problem I reported months ago that they can’t figure out how to fix. Unacceptable.

  20. A mention / notification system.

    If a tech posts a hidden comment inside of ticket calling out to another tech or help desk admin.. they'll be notified within the interface rather than an email.

    Example "Repair is completed @helpdeskadmin." The helpdeskadmin then receives a notification within repairshopr that the ticket needs to be invoiced and the customer contacted.
