How does a POS system not print cash receipts? How can management allow this flaw? Is the tech team that unqualified that they cannot fix it
So frustrating to pay so much for a POS system that can’t even print cash receipts. This is a problem I reported months ago that they can’t figure out how to fix. Unacceptable.

Agreed! We’re looking into switching to a new system after the new year. Their support this past year has been terrible.
