  1. How does a POS system not print cash receipts? How can management allow this flaw? Is the tech team that unqualified that they cannot fix it

  2. Autoprinter no longer opens cash draw. Can we make it so that it does again?

    Autoprinter is garbage. Have had nothing but problems with it since we bought the software. Support is also garbage. They get back to you 4 days later and never resolve the problem. I did however get your issue working by completely uninstalling autoprinter and going through the registry manually and removing all traces of it in addition to removing the folders left behind in program files and program data, etc. Then reinstall the autoprinter software and make sure it points to the register. Like I said, we constantly have problems with it. Like repairshopr alot, but without a working receipt printer or cash drawer makes the software useless and frustrating to the customers standing their waiting for a receipt as well as our staff.
