    We contacted support this last year about this very issue. They still have not fixed it. Repairshopr has really gone down hill unfortunately.

  2. How does a POS system not print cash receipts? How can management allow this flaw? Is the tech team that unqualified that they cannot fix it

    Agreed! We’re looking into switching to a new system after the new year. Their support this past year has been terrible.
