  4. Ability to Link Tickets to Each Other (Just Like Invoices and Estimates)

    Here's the overview of the idea:

    1. Have ability to link tickets to each other for easy reference.
    2. Linked tickets could go in the "Diagnostic" Progress box just like Invoices go into the "Invoiced" Progress box and estimates go into the "Work Approved" Progress Box.
    3. A link ticket button or reference would need to be added so tickets could be linked together.
    4. You could link as many tickets together as you wanted.
    5. The linked tickets would be clickable just like invoices and estimates currently are.

    Why add this idea?

    1. Great for warranty/redo work when a new ticket is created.

  5. Enable custom coloring on the Ticket Menu

    It would be nice if we could create a separate color when "Waiting for Parts" or "Waiting on Customer" etc.. that way if we have 40+ Tickets open we will be able to quickly determine what we have parts for and are able to fix right now or if we are waiting on something or someone and cannot complete the job at this time, it would speed up the process for determining how to prioritize jobs better

  6. Variations Of inventory Stock, Eg same part but different colour , Easier way to add

    I would like to see a way of adding a variation to inventory Stock to streamline entering in new inventory.
    Eg i have 1 screen type for a phone but 4 different colour variations. Super time consuming entering the exact same thing 4 times just to modify one thing

  7. Optional Components software in Estimates

    When I do an estimate or bundle I like to add a couple of optional Items ie bundle plus optional MS Office, but it gives the total of both bundle and office. How about the ability to have the total for the bundle for the estimate and the an option to say add $$ for Office

  8. Allow for fraction of cents in cost

    I stock some small connectors that I may purchase in lots of 100 but sell per unit (like RJ45 connectors for networking jobs). The may cost me $0.055 /each to buy, but when making POs to reorder, it throws my amount off since it rounds to 6 cents.

  10. Show custom fields information in the customer portal

    My customers are getting confused as the item information that I enter in my system under the 'custom fields' does not appear in the customer portal.
    I see there is an area on the customer portal ticket look up that is labelled 'Additional Information'
    Could this information be shown here ?
    I have retail shop clients who may have 10 or 20 of their customers items with me at any one time.

    I would like the ability on an inventory item to check a box for a canned renewal option. My use specifically is antivirus renewal. I would like a page to configure the options such as renewal date. For example when I sell AV it is a one year subscription and I like to send a reminder two weeks in advance.   16. On the Ticket Dashboard, allow certain ticket status's to be hidden

    We have some customer status's (such as "X| INVOICED") for tickets where a payment has not been taken and have been granted 30 day invoice, but we want to keep separate from the "Invoiced" status so they stand out to us in other areas.
    We're wanting to use the Dashboard now, but all of these custom status tickets show up in it - which in our case they are completed tickets and don't want to be shown in the Ticket Dashboard view.

  17. Email Customer a copy of their Paid Receipt and/or attachments.

    It would be GREAT to be able to easily email a customer a PAID receipt from the invoice screen. Currently an Invoice marked PAID can be emailed. However, if there was a way to include a copy of their receipt or an attachment that would be nice. If we could select what we wanted to email that would be even better.   19. Enable entering an estimate or invoice line item as a tax exclusive value.

    Most suppliers in the UK will quote an ex tax amount so at the moment I have to work out the tax Inc price before entering it into repairshopr which really isn't helping efficiency. It would be great if you could enter a tax exclusive value and have repairshopr workout the tax.

  20. Billing increments

    I am currently billing in 1/4 hour increments. If we work on a clients computer for 16 minutes, we bill for 30. I am considering changing to 6 minute increments. It would be great if RS could track time in increments.

    I imagine this would be hugely helpful to a TON of users.
