Add support for multiple receipt printer sizes

I would really like to see support for 80mm or 58mm receipt paper sizes.

    We could also use 58mm receipts. Will be a decider during my two week trial I started today.

    same here. Configurability for receipts and invoice paper size would be greatly appreciated.
    Currently not working with my 58mm thermal printer..

    We greatly need this feature as we have multiple printers that are only 58mm..
