We used Locqus Field Management before switching to RepairShopr. It was great for the field, but lacked all the customization that we needed. But I would like to have the field tracking again!

What if any appointment that had a location specified we could calculate the road-miles from your office to there, and put that in a report?
A little simpler than doing real vehicle/person tracking, still gets you pretty good data – and would be more realistic for us to quickly build.

You could integrate with MileIQ or one of the mile tracking through cellular phone companies.

Hey all-
So if you have a customer with 100 assets, you have to manually link them all? When they create a new one, it’s not linked – and you have to go link it?
Would it be better to have a contract cover all assets without having to select them??

An error occurred while saving the comment Spencer Pous commented+1 for MSP feature. I have seen this asked for and sent you an email about it a year ago. I have customers with 50+ properties. It would be nice to have a listing of all these properties and the tickets associated with each. So we can lookup the customer by name, one of there properties and see all notes that have gone on at that location.

We assign techs to customers. Unless they are out of town or absolutely swamped, they take care of their assigned customers.

What if instead of “skip receipt” checkbox, we just never print a receipt if the payment date field was changed? That generally means you are entering a payment that didn’t just happen that moment, like a mailed in check..
Thoughts?
Not excited about adding more fields, keeping the interface simple is what we receive the most feedback about in general.

I would love to see integration for time clock/more with AutoMile. They have an API and great solutions for GPS fleet tracking. Please add integration. This is great for MSPs.
