I was able to successfully find a way to send an invoice through RepairShopR and use Square Invoice.
I'd be happy to share what I did if anyone is interested.

This is a great option, Elavon's online integration doubles your monthly service fee, you are charged for the terminal + online portal. Square has no monthly charges.

I am considering switching back to Square after getting ripped off by Vantiv. I have seen the payment integration, but it sure would be nice to have the online payment option as well!
