tickets and invoice attachements
Can you please allow the attachements on the ticket to rollover to the invoice?
my techs attach documents that need to be emailed along with the invoice.
I am currently having to save the attachments and re-upload them to the invoice.

I agree - I cant stand that I have to attach multiple files to the ticket, THEN AGAIN to send it with the invoice.
Frustrating. -

It seems logical that an attachment would be available throughout RS.
