I agree - I cant stand that I have to attach multiple files to the ticket, THEN AGAIN to send it with the invoice.

I agree. The customer notes section is weak, jumbled. You are unable to separate basic notes like logins, etc. It's all just jumbled together. weak.
We need it.
Even though we verbally tell the customer 9-11am is for our ARRIVAL TIME, the email goes out and states the arrival time as 9:00am causing confusion.
Hopefully we'll see this change soon!
