Customer notes that look like ticket notes.

Have the same notes for customers that tickets have instead of a tiny box that just looks cramped

    I also made a suggestion about this before I saw this. In essence, I said the same thing. Historical individual notes rather than just one messy single note.

    I agree. The customer notes section is weak, jumbled. You are unable to separate basic notes like logins, etc. It's all just jumbled together. weak.
