Allow Appointment Time Range Windows
It would be nice to schedule an appointment window for our clients. For example, due to scheduling, we can't always arrive at an exact time, so we typically say that we'll be there sometime between say 12PM and 1PM.
For now we've added this to our appointment e-mail template:
"Note: A technician will arrive within 60 minutes of the above Appointment Time."

I already used all my votes for other items but I really need this as well. Seems like an easy fix by just being able to provide a custom date and time field. Post on their facebook page so others vote!

We need it.
Even though we verbally tell the customer 9-11am is for our ARRIVAL TIME, the email goes out and states the arrival time as 9:00am causing confusion.
Hopefully we'll see this change soon! -

This is a VERY IMPORTANT feature for me as well.
My company is purely onsite/mobile and we have 6 technicians on the road full time. We always give one hour appointment windows as we never know how long the previous appointment will last, or traffic conditions etc.
It would be amazing if we could do a 1 hour appointment window instead of a set time.
