  1. Allow for unit price or rate five decimal places

    For wire and pipe item/unit/rate amounts it is common to see these numbers: 1.31411 or 0.14327

    For quantities over 20 feet or non-integers, 21.5 feet, the amounts come out incorrect, making the overall purchase order and resulting bill amount incorrect.

    Try 45 feet at 1.31, then try 45 feet at 1.31411
    add another item 45 feet at .14, then try 45 feet at .14327

    add up the two columns and see the difference.

    I propose allowing for up to five decimal places to the right on unit price.

  2. Allow for quantites less than 1

    On purchase orders and invoices wire and other items are quantified in lengths. Sometimes this means less than an integer, (i.e. 1.5 feet). I am requesting that the quantity field allow for two decimal places to the right, (i.e. 1.25).

  3. Employee Sales and Commission Report Totals

    One piece of information I need every month is total sales (including non-employee or recurring sales). We pay our employees a group commission instead of individually. I can't find a report that works to get the information I need outside of the eventually to be deprecated old Employee Sales and Commission Report because it provided those totals at the top.

    My request would be to 1) add non-employee (or recurring) sales to the options in the filter 2) put somewhere at the top Gross Sales, Hardware Expenses, Tax, and Net Income for all selected employees/non-employees in the shop. This would…

  4. More then 2 Price tiers

    Would like to be able to add more then just a Wholesale and Retail price. We currently have Wholesale, B2B and Retail. I'm sure other customers could benefit with even more tiers.

    Our old inventory pricing system was actually really powerful and I would be more then happy to share how it is constructed if you contact me direct. It would answer a lot of the automated pricing markup questions in feedback as well.

  5. Auto printr handling inventory labels

    We are new to repairshopr and currently switching from an old system, we are finding the label printing a bit lackluster. Having to open to pdf and print that way does not seem the most efficient way of doing this. Auto Printr should be able to take over and auto print labels. I would believe it would need to know what size of labels it is using as well.

  6. Ticket overview changing the full line color based off options or Ticket Automation

    Example: We have 3 custom fields when creating a ticket, "Is this an Expedite", "Is this a Warranty", "Is this a possibly Encryption Virus?"

    Currently we use different colored paper to signal these markings, but it would be nice if we could also have the overview show these so our techs will see an expedite full red line and know the grab that ASAP. Clearly it would be nice to do this not only on custom fields so ticket automation condition would probably be the best way to approach this.

  7. Customer Tags

    These tags once set for customers will be able to be placed in the ticket automatically so that we can have other techs know what kind of services we provide to that customer. Instead of applying the tags manually.

  8. logistics

    We should not be able to resolve a ticket that still has a open part order on logistics. I think we get so excited that a part has come in that we forget to check it in and fix device and customer comes and goes and then we realize the part is still on the logistics tab waiting to be checked in

  9. Email Intake Form (i.e. returns number) AUTOMATICALLY

    Customers may book new jobs online but must have a ticket number to attach before sending items in for repair.
    I must currently click the appropriate button to initiate this email - not ideal if I get too swamped to do this regularly, It defeats all the benefit of automation provided by Repairshopr!
    Can sending this email be automated so manual intervention is not required at our end? regards Dave

  11. Auto Email signed intake forms or email intake form button on iOS

    We currently use an iPad setup for people to view and sign the intake form, it's only the best and smoothest way for the customer and customer service. It would be great if like "email signed receipt" button, there was also an "email intake form" button for easy sending of the invoice.

    Either that or just have the system email an intake form as soon as it recognises a signature has been taken

  12. Add Ticket Type Self Service to ticket automation

    We have the self service feature on the site and when someone creates a ticket we need to edit some of the items and also send a canned response. I would love it for someone to simply add the self service into the ticket automation so that when its triggered I can then send the customer a canned response via the rule.

  13. logistics Activity

    It would be helpful to have activity tracking for Logistics like we have in other screens. Especially for managers and such to see things staff has done. I regularly notice employees are making manual edits to orders due to a number of reasons but I have no way to document or verify I am correct.

    It would be great if at the top of the customer account page where it displays open tickets and invoices if you could click on them to display them.

  16. Add an end date field for reccuring tickets

    For example if creating tickets for a maintenance contract for a year, have the recurring tickets end on the date of the contract expiration.

  18. Add Permissions to the manual forms entry in POS Module -We are having issues with techs arbitrarily entering costs that are incorrect

    We are trying to track our costs efficiently and we have some techs who like to put the cost of a widget at $1 when it should be $50 for example. This is completely skewing our numbers so we can't track our true costs. We would like to block techs from being able to enter stuff manually.

  19. Allow inventory to flagged as "with a certain tech"

    All of our techs carry inventory stock in their car so they can pull a part while on a job site to sell to a customer when needed. I am talking about parts that are a part of our sellable inventory, not random cables or adapters they have in their bags. Something that would help me tremendously to keep track of stock, is to be able to mark which serial numbers they currently should have in their car.   20. Line item separator / spacer (invoices | estimates)

    Estimate / Invoices can look confusing when too many items are on them.

    It would be nice if we could get a line item SPACER / SEPARATOR field or option, to help separate items.

    Right now we do this manually; which looks something like the following when completed:
