  1. MagTek eDynamo Support

    Would repairshopr be able to certify the MagTek eDynamo Card & EMV chip reader to be used with Vantiv. It would be nice to have cheaper options for hardware to accept credit cards/EMV chips without having to spend $299-$380 where the MagTek eDynamo is only $150 which is much cheaper than the terminals that would still protect us as a merchant from chargebacks who dont currently have an EMV chip terminal.

  2. Verify open/close amount before submitting

    One employee keeps pressing the enter button instead of tab when entering the opening and closing amounts in the drawer. There is no verification after pressing enter such as "Is this the correct amount you would like to enter?" or anything. This should be an option to prevent them from having to go back and close it with the wrong amount and then reopen all over again and have an extra report entry that shouldn't be there. That way if they accidentally press enter, they have a chance to cancel their action instead of permanently engraving it into the system.

  3. Matrix Items

    I would like to make a General product that has different colors to it.

    For example:

    A case that comes in black and white

    You can make the item "Case" and matrix the item into different colors. That way when my associates are adding items to a customers Invoice, they can type in "Case" and select which color the customer chose.

    This way we don't have to make 10 different items in inventory for items that have different colors.

  4. New Customer fields in iPad app

    We use the RepairShopr app on our iPad to check-in new customers. Right now, when we goto the "New Customer" icon, the only four fields are "first name", "last name", "company", and "email", in that order. It would be nice to replace "company" with "phone number", or at least add a phone number field as well. I feel that the phone number is a much higher priority field than the company.

  5. Make parts ordered a column on the tickets page.

    Make a column for parts ordered, so once a part is ordered it will be marked and once the part comes it can show that it has arrived.
    This will also help if a part is needed to be ordered for a customer we can see that it was ordered or that it needs to ordered so we are not going through different pages to see that.

  8. Enable Authy 2FA Support

    Please add support for more 2 Factor Authentication services - namely Authy.

    This would be as simple as allowing us to see the long code that's represented by the QR code. Whether it's displayed in addition to the QR code, or maybe a small button to add manually.

    It would be nice to be able adjust the sizing of the logo on the Payment receipt. Something along the lines of the size of the logo on the ticket receipt. This would help drastically with brand recognition.

  10. iOS App: Show pre-paid hours remaining in "Amount" column.

    It would be nice to be able to set the "pre-paid hours remaining" in the "Amount" column of the customer list in the Mobile App. (Or make it available in the Settings).

  11. Xero sales types

    Just started using Xero and the problem i'm having is that I have to send my payments to one Xero bank account.

    But it makes no sense to send it all to one since cash sales dont end up in the same account as card payments!?

    Is anyone else having to work around this or can it be changed to allow to send to different accounts depending on the payment type?

    I dont need loads of different types but def need to keep cash and card seperate.

  15. Add user-based invoice email reply notification option (just like for tickets).

    I am wondering why there is no checkbox or option in the notification center to only notify an invoice CREATOR of a reply to an emailed invoice? For example, the ticket notifications have an option for "Ticket - Someone replied to MY Ticket", which will alert whoever the ticket owner is to any further communication or replies. As it is now, we only have "Invoice - An Invoice email was replied to", which means any person who has this option checked will receive notifications about ANY invoice that was replied to, not one that they specifically created or sent out…

  17. Make Custom Asset fields hide-able from pdf the same way as custom ticket fields

    The {{assettable}} tag includes the 'Properties' column which basically collects all fields from a specific asset type.
    Some custom fields are used for internal reasons and are not only meaningless to customers but can even disclose unnecessary information and clutter the table.
    If those custom fields could be 'Hidden from PDF' - the same way it is possible for ticket custom fields, ti would be a simple way to customise the table without hard-coding an alternate {{asset
    table}}

    We would like the customers to be able to choose their payment type.

    currently, the customer portal will only display the first Credit Card payment method you specified in your Payment Method settings.

    I would like to be able to add a report from techwaru (product keys specifically) to assets, refurbs and inventory items.

    That way, when I put something out for sale, I've got the vital info needed to reload an operating system if a customer needs it.

  20. Change intake form so client can read Disclaimer while I'm entering other data.

    Here is how I am currently using RepairShopr:

    Client comes in and I do the intake form: 1. I fill out their details as a customer 2. While I am getting information off of the devices, I give them a hardcopy / printout of the Intake form disclaimer on my letterhead to read while putting in their device info. 3. I then have them digitally sign the intake form and I keep the hardcopy/printout they read while I was putting things in.

    Is there any way that I could do this better? I don't really want to make them fill…
