    We use custom fields in tickets as a pre and post condition survey and would like to have photo's as part of that. I would like to have the option of 'attachment' or even web cam photo as a custom field

  3. Add an option to BCC all outbound emails

    To allow for email archiving and also for better tracking of emails, it would be good if RepairShopr had a function to allow all outbound emails to be BCC'd into a designated address.

    This is handy both for archiving and legal requirements, but lets you connect to the mailbox and be able to tell customers "well our system definitely sent that email, since it gets copied to us as well".

  4. Add equivelant items to Estimates that exist for invoice templates

    Invoices allow templates with No-Tax, or use CSS to hide specific columns. Estimates dont seem to have an equivalent.

    Rather than make a new template, it would make much more sense if Estimates and Invoices used the same {{}} codes for their items, or at least had like-for-like equivalents.

  5. Customer turned of SMS notifications

    I would like to see if and when a customer has turned off SMS notifications. Sometimes SMS notification are automatically turned off if there is an error in the number. Sometimes my techs correct the number, but forget to turn back on the ability to SMS that customer. I don't want to turn it back on if it was a customer's choice to turn it off.

  6. RMM - Ticket Automations - Create ticket automatically from RMM alerts using Ticket automations

    It would be very useful to be able to create tickets automatically from RMM alerts such as Watchman Monitoring. This would allow us to create automations that would see particular Alerts from any RMM and send automated responses and create a ticket all in one action. Without having to first go to the RMM Alerts and turn the Alerts into a Ticket....This would be a huge time saver.

    It would also be nice if once a ticket was created from an RMM alerts that the Alerts in that window would become hidden automatically to cut down on confusion and clutter.

  8. Allow QuickBooks export to assign a class

    When exporting from RepairShopr to Quickbooks we need to have those transaction to a certain "class" in Quickbooks. This is a critical feature request for proper accounting and reporting in QB.

  9. Facebook chat integration

    I would love for you to add this feature at some point.
    Include facebook chat messaging into ticket comments. instead of just email or text a customer, be able to send a facebook chat message from my business page in facebook.

    You should be able to link it from when the customer contacts my page in facebook, I would need the integration setup from that end first. Then I could reply to the customer via repair shopr when devices are ready to pick up, etc.

  10. Allow for enabling/disabling actions changing ticket status

    I'd like to change the behavior of the "Make Invoice" button to not change the status of a ticket. Our workflow sometimes calls for employees to create invoices, but leave tickets in an actionable state (like when we want to create and provide an itemized prepaid invoice before we start work on something) and also when trainees accidentally click on "make invoice", it creates a huge problem where our other technicians will pass it up, assuming it's complete.

    Ideally, I'd like to turn this automatic status change off. Also, since it's similar behavior, it'd be nice to have ordering a…

  12. Google contacts with zapier

    iv been using zapier to sync contacts to google but there's a few things that need to be sorted..

    1. Importing existing Customers into Google Contacts - even if there's a button we can resync existing customers to google contacts

    2. Figuring out a way to sync updates made to customers. Would we really have to delete the customer and re-add them in order to change their address? Or I guess we would just manually update it in both systems?

  17. Integrate IMEI or ESN search for clean/blacklisted phones

    When purchasing used phones tablets, it would be beneficial to look up IMEI/ESN numbers instead of going to Swappa.com separately, this number could be added to invoices and customer history.

    It'd be nice to have the option to filter the inventory list for part that have a quantity greater than 0.

    So you could search for "network switch" and only show network switches that you currently have in stock.

  20. Workflow Clunkiness- More Streamline for Deposits on Diagnosis

    How do you propose to show people the terms and conditions that they have to sign on intake? I know you have the topaz signing things but with those.. on intake they will not see anything that they are accepting terms and conditions for. They will only sign the topaz and not be able to see and scroll past the terms and conditions and then sign.. The only way I can think it would work would be 1 of 2 ways.
