  1. Add resources to appointments

    It should be possible to add resources to onsite appointments. For example if an onsite visit requires the use of company equipment then it would be great to be able assign this equipment to the appointment in order to book this out for that time and date, such as a company vehicle or other resource. This would also work for booking internal meetings, so that you could add to the appointment a specific meeting room and projector for example in order to ensure that it will be available for your needs.

  3. Where the Android App opens from notification screen

    When I receive a notification from the android app and select the notification to act upon it, it simply opens the repairshopr app to the main screen which lists the customers. This should open at a minimum to the ticket, invoice, or quote that the notification is referencing. It is not useful at all to have to recall which ticket number that the notification is about and then seek it out. it makes the app useless to me.

  4. View actual time that a lead came in from main list.

    Currently you have to view the lead in order to see an exact time. It would be nice to be able to see what hour/minute a call or email came in to the leads.

  5. Invoice & Estimate improvement

    I would like to see the option on invoices and estimates to show what total one time charges would be and another section that shows what recurring monthly charges would be.

    Example: We do a firewall sale, one time fee $499.00, ongoing monthly fee of $150.00

    Or another example would be we invoice client for web hosting
    Option 1: Yearly Payment of $250.00
    Option 2: Monthly Payment of $25.00
    As it is now we have to send two invoices and void the one they don't want. It gets confusing.

  6. Google Drive - Have live backups made of your data to your Dropbox account.

    I have always been curious of why it is that we don't have Google Drive integration in the way that DropBox is done in Apps.
    Why is that?

  7. Parts orders link to Purchase order ?

    I'm new to the system - am I missing something ? Do I really have to create a part order on the ticket and then go to another tab and create a purchase order to the vendor using copy and paste ? our previous software has this all in one flow - you create the ticket, work out what part you require and send that info straight to the vendor on email. The ticket number was linked all the way through, so that when the parts arrived, the ticket number automatically came up. Can someone please help ?

  8. Change the time of day "low inventory"report is emailed.

    A simple time selection box next to the low inventory report settings would be great. Our ordering for the store is 3pm each day, unfortunately the report gets emailed 20 minutes later.

    I'd love to receive the report by 2:00 pm to better utilise this feature.

  10. Woo Commerce Multiple Locations

    I would love a way for me to set up something that will allow at least for consumers to see if a product is in stock at a certain location. I can live without being able to purchase online and select in-store pick-up. I have the woo commerce side figured out for either of the two (Just stock levels or stock levels and ability to select in store pick up and pay online)

  11. Integrate with Addigy Macmanage

    Addigy is relatively new and they are incredible for Mac MSPs. It does much more than Gruntwork/Bluesky in a nice package. Please look at creating an integration with them. Thanks!

  12. Invoice Rules

    We need some rules regarding invoices or the ability to set minimum billable amounts.

    We have a few clients that are billed a minimum amount or the sum of the ticket time, whatever is more.

  13. Change Customer (aka Transfer) on Payments, Estimates and Invoices

    Today I rang up a customer for a sale and after the invoice was paid found out that he was an existing customer. I was hoping for a method of transferring the invoice for the WALKIN customer to the actual customer profile.

    It would be good if the customer could select more than one option in the "select issue" screen, also would be good to address more options in "issue type" on the contact information, maybe a box for customer notes?

  15. Google Drive integration as alternative to Dropbox

    Ive always been curious why Google Drive integration isn't offered in the same way that Dropbox is.
    Google drive is so much more functional and integrates with all of Googles other products.
    Is it not possible?

  16. Allow Device book in through Customer Portal

    When a customer put in an inquiry through the Portal, they should be able to directly book in a device. Otherwise, we have to manually copy all the device details to a ticket when they want to book the job in.

    Also as a sub note, the customer portal should NOT attempt to autofill customer names. This will give the entire database of customers as a suggestion. This is a terrible idea. Currently, the only way to disable this, is to turn it off for all tickets. There should be a separate option for the customer portal to turn it…

  17. Force notes on Workflows

    Please make a function where when a step is completed on workflow items that a note is required. It would be great if you can make minimum characters for the required notes, maybe both options controlled in admin?

  18. A lot of Reminders/ToDo Changes & Additions

    I would really like to see the following:

    Reminders function under Actions in both tickets and invoices (Invoices often times need to be modified or questioned by management after an employee mistake).

    Reminders history section (or just the existing bottom part) so you or the manager can see in the ticket/invoice/client section the ones that were done or not.

    Force notes upon completion of reminder (admin optional on/off)

    Keep functionality where someone else can assign a reminder to another person.

  19. Office 365 Sharepoint and OneDrive Intergration

    It would be very useful to link with our office 365 system for tools such as OneDrive to store Documents and Data and use the powerful intranet tools found on Sharepoint such as Team Collab and Team Feed (not available in wiki).
