marketr send emails when ticket is just resolved
As I deal mainly with businesses I invoice after the ticket is complete but as Marketr only sends emails when complete and paid my emails are sent at the wrong times.
I would like to be able to send my Marketr emails when the tickets are marked as resolved and not paid for.

Automated Assets
Would you all be able to consider adding invoiced computer purchases from the customers to their assets in their customer profile? Specifically for computers and mobile devices. We have several customers who purchase multiple computers at a time. It would be great if we could have the option to add it to assets, in case another company you service doesn't want to utilize the feature.This feature would be very helpful if they ever brought the device back into the shop for repair. The information would already be in the system.

Hide individual part prices in estimates and invoices.
In estimates and invoices, I would like to see the option of hiding individual part prices. The reason for this is if we are building a custom PC for someone - we are selling the complete machine, not individual parts. The only price I want them to see is the final/complete amount. We offer a bundle discount when someone is purchasing a computer and having the part prices visible negates that.

Device Repair Widget Changes!
So, i really love the device repair widget, it does almost everything I wanted to integrate into my website for lead generations.
However, the flaws i've found with it, is the customize ability with the general settings of the widget itself. ( Type, model, color, network, issue)
If you would integrate the ability to edit these catagories, the widget would be absolutely perfect. I want to remove the "color" option or at least change it, to something else that better suits what I am looking for in my lead generation. I feel the "color" aspect is fairly useless. I would…

Stabilize the Tickets menu
When a status is clicked on for a particular ticket, the ticket changes its height dimension and while it is a small facet of the workflow, it adds up in time spent clicking back and forth when adjusting multiple customers' tickets throughout the day. Thank you for your time.

Search Customers Purchase Oder Number on Invoice
If the customer call us we have no way of searching for their PO number that is attached to their invoice on the system. it would be great if they quoted their purchase order number and we simply search for it hence bringing up the invoice attached to their PO Number

Add Pending Order Filters
I would like to suggest adding the following columns, filtering and sorting options to the pending orders screen
1) Add a vendor column to the pending orders list. Currently when viewing the pending orders screen this is no way of knowing which vendors you need to place orders with. This is a problem when you deal with many vendors and applying a filter for each one individually is unnecessarily time consuming.
2) Provide an option to filter out those items already on purchase orders. We order twice a week from our major vendors and it is common to have 3…

link ticket , estimate , invoice in client portal by adding for example a column that contains estimate # in ticket table or invoice table , so our client can understand each estimates is linked to which ticket for example and also same goes with invoices .

Allow Each User to Customize Their Tabs
Giving the ability for each user to customize which tabs are shown or which order they are would be very helpful. This way an office or receptionist would use the leads, customers and invoices tabs more often than the techs would, they could have those at the front.

customer purchases
when doing a customer purchase and payout is cash, this needs to be logged in the daily transaction history of the cash drawer. so the cash drawer amount will be correct.

Recurring Contract Reminders
In addition to simply being able to create a reminder in Contract Details, I'd like to be able to create recurring reminders.
This would be very handy for scheduling Quarterly Business Reviews and other follow-up tasks. I could do this with recurring tickets, but it's not really a ticket and I don't want to skew metrics.

Allow the ability to grant permissions to groups to edit Ticket Issue Type and Ticket Custom Fields.
I would like the ability for another one of my techs, who is exposed to the day to day residential tickets to be able to add / edit the Ticket Issue Types and Ticket Custom Fields. It is a tedious process, and I do not have the time nor the direct exposure to the bench work any longer to know what needs to be there for my technicians.
In short, please make this a group-assignable permission.

Canned repsonses from leads and lead history available in tickets
We have quite a lot of email communication with our customer prior to it becoming a ticket. Ideally I'd like to be able to access the canned responses from within leads and then access that communication trail from within the ticket - should it progress to a ticket.
