I would like to suggest adding the following columns, filtering and sorting options to the pending orders screen

1) Add a vendor column to the pending orders list. Currently when viewing the pending orders screen this is no way of knowing which vendors you need to place orders with. This is a problem when you deal with many vendors and applying a filter for each one individually is unnecessarily time consuming.

2) Provide an option to filter out those items already on purchase orders. We order twice a week from our major vendors and it is common to have 3 or 4 open purchase orders for any particular vendor. It is difficult to find items that require ordering when there are pages of items listed that have already been ordered.

3) Provide an option to filter / print a list of items for a particular purchase order showing the reason why the item was on the pending order list e.g “Low Stock”, “Ticket”, “Invoice” etc. Currently when an order is receipted we handle low stock and pending items differently. Low stock items are simplify put in their storage location, pending orders for tickets are labelled with the ticket details and sent to the workshop, while pending orders for invoices are labelled with a customer’s details, stored in a customer pickup area and the customer advised that their goods / spare parts have arrived. Currently when receiving an order of 50 or more items it is extremely difficult to work out what items are for customers, tickets or simply replenishment of stock. It would be great to be able print a report or view a list that provided this information.

4) Allow pending order columns to be sorted as per other lists.
