Allow Each User to Customize Their Tabs
Giving the ability for each user to customize which tabs are shown or which order they are would be very helpful. This way an office or receptionist would use the leads, customers and invoices tabs more often than the techs would, they could have those at the front.

Some users don't have permissions to access specific areas like purchase orders, making it pointless to display the purchase order tab for that particular user, if each user could customize the tabs they could select what they need in the order they need.
