merge button on ticket page for merging multiple tickets at once after you have selected them
Can you make us an option to merge multiple tickets from the ticket page. Maybe like put an option under bulk actions or just make a merge button to click after selecting multiple tickets.

Enter a colour option in the inventory.
In my case its for mobile phone screen and chassis colouring. It will help keep better track of my inventory but more specifically it will help customers in the web intergration to choose which item they want to purchase for repair.

It would be great if we could simply send a quick text to customers through their info page. Such as New>SMSText>"Your special order came in" or whatever reason.

Inventory Categories need more intuitive editor!
Yikes - the way we have to edit Inventory Categories is really awkard and clunky. It's impossible to add a bunch of categories quickly, I get update errors and have to refresh the page, then collapse each level so I can see the one I'm working on more easily. I realize this might be a big change, but it would be SO much easier to have the option to 'add new category' from the category drop-down list in the Inventory item screen, or just a more intuitive, cleaner interface. The current system drives my OCD batty.

UNIQUE SUBDOMAINS so that Ticket, Estimate and Invoice Numbers MATCH the HTTP URL LINK
What needs to be done so that we don't all have to share a global consecutive numbering system for Tickets, Estimates, Invoices, POs and other numbers in RS? Our team constantly loathes the confusion between the URL numbering vs the actual instance number we're trying to look at.
In most other systems (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, ConnectWise, TigerPaw) the URL matches the associated module instance. This makes it SUPER EASY for us to pull up a ticket or invoice by direct URL, instead of having to nav to the Customer Profile or search box first. Examples:

Ticket automations based on comments/ keywords, not ticket subject!
The ticket automations are handy but limited. I want my staff to receive emails based on keywords, rather than automating processes based on the fixed ticket subjects such as 'invoiced' or 'approval'.
EXAMPLES:
1 - As a manager, I don't want to get every email, but would like to see any emails that have particular keywords such as 'angry', 'upset' so I'm notified of any major problems.

Add Purchase Order Ship to address and lessen PO number size.
Currently Purchase orders do not have an area to add a ship to address? This is mandatory for all my vendors and I imagine almost every other RS users vendors.
For those of us that use QuickBooks, there is no RS purchase order integration. So, I need to duplicate the PO that RS generates into QuickBooks (big pain). RS auto generates a PO number that is too long to use in QuickBooks. So I need to change the RS generated number to something that will fit in QuickBooks. It would be great if within the contacts area a POSITION (owner, manager,etc) and a general NOTE area could be added as contact fields. We deal as I'm sure others do, with multiple contacts and knowing their position within the company would be great!

Customer Portal New Ticket Form Template
Right now if a customer logs in to the customer portal they can view their tickets and info. There is a button to create a new ticket but the form it opens is incredibly basic and needs to be a template like other forms. I understand that keeping things simple for customers is good but the more information we get up front the easier it is to help them. Another option could be to have it use the repair widget because that is already easy to use and customizable.

Contract Templates
I would like people to be able to add a kinda "intake form" style thing to setting up a contract. For example setting up a credit agreement, and the ability to add a worksheet to the top of each.
This will enable us to have credit card debit authorizations, direct debit authorizations, credit agreements, so that customers are able to be held to the contracts as well as the other way around.

Auto Generate UPC Codes
RepairShopr should have the option to auto assign and generate a UPC codes, this code should be to UPC standards so it is reradable by bar-code scanners.
I have used systems in the past that do and it’s a REALLY handy feature. 80% of our products are imported from China and have no UPC codes, and if we want them we have to provide them. This requires us having to know firstly, what the standards are for UPC, and then ensure that its not already been used.
Having them auto-create would be really helpful.

We use Multi-Site inventory with Quickbook Desktop Enterprise and we need to specify from wich inventory site a computer part is sold, to manage our inventory correctly. It would only need to add a Site field in the Ticket/Invoice form that match Quickbook Site or much simple only map the Repairshopr Location to the QB inventory site... I'm tring to understand what the big chain option is for if we cannot map our inventory to site/location for our accounting system.It is a must have for us.

Dashboard access without login via whitelisted IP
Add the ability to view the dashboard without having to login. I'd like to mount a large LCD in the repair room and use a RaspberryPi to display the dashboard in full screen without having to log in or have any access to the Pi.

Rearrance invoice columns
How can I rearrange the invoice columns? I want Quantity before Unit Cost so my guys in the warehouse can see Item#, Desc, Quantity more easily and just ignore the last two columns Unit Cost and Line Total. I went into the template source but it only rearranges the headers and not the line items.
Alternatively, some kind of packing list would be great that has its own template and prints just Item#, Desc, and Quantity (and maybe even "Location")

Offer IN-HOUSE FINANCING Payment Option to Generate ADDITIONAL REVENUE
This is an epic idea that would generate additional revenue for RS business owners who want to take on some additional minimal risk by doing their own in-house financing, OR, for RS to make revenue as a reseller if they'd want to consider partnering with a finance lending company!
