Finish the "Sync Gmail Calendar to RepairShopr (beta)" Feature
I know it says it's still in beta but it would be awesome if you could finish this feature. It kinda works. But the items put in the google calendar disappear too much from the repairshopr calendar to make it useable.

Categories - Better list for Canned Responses
It would be better if you could separate out "Canned Responses" by category (Tickets/Invoices) or any form of separation because one long list is not good enough. The best option would be to allow the user to define categories for these if they are all going to be grouped or even a dynamic search bar to filter out those that don't apply. Instead of scrolling through a list and picking the right one.

Time Limits on Tickets so Techs cannot exceed time limit
The idea is that most shops that charge labor generally know how long a specific task should take. For example a 2 hour time limit on a ticket, that way if a task the employer knows only takes 2 hours cannot be exceeded without prior authorization.
A notification might now be enough, plus that way when multiple techs are working on something the collective totals cannot exceed a specified time limit. This would be useful for any shop that charges Labor and knows how long things should take unless there is a larger problem that requires approval.9 votes -
Customer Purchase Delay
In Texas, we are required by law to report every purchase and sit on it for two weeks. We use LeadsOnline to report, which law enforcement uses when items are reported stolen.
This request is two parts. Option 1 should be easy for you to implement.
When a customer purchase is complete, we need a two week reminder after purchase. What I would like is a ticket to be automatically created 14 days after purchase.

Add a little more functionality to Android mobile app
I'm so grateful for Android app, very simple, easy to use, but could use 3 improvements:
1. Auto populate fields (like customer name, or item search) without requiring the extra press of "Search" button. This is how RepairShopr works everywhere else.
2. Ability to email invoice before it is paid. Now only option is receive payment, and once payment received, then email. But sometimes I need to send invoice to billing dept. without prepayment.
3. Non inventory items (manual items) cannot be added or easily seen on invoice. If I've added them through the website, these items show blank or…3 votes -
Button to Switch between Customers Name and business Name in android app
When on the main Screen the have a setting to switch between business name and the customers name. this should make it easier to find which business you need to contact.

While having the CC function now available on tickets I would like to see it just be right below where the "To field is" Seems misplaced.
I would rather this just work like normal email client functionality with a to field a cc field and a bcc field that could be filled in or changed on the fly without having to click some obscure button somewhere else on the ticket.

Update Communication Log to tickets and tickets to Communication logs
We are trying to streamline customer contact logs. Right now when a customer calls or visits we need to add a log from the customer's Info screen and then copy and paste the update into the ticket. Or if we are updating a ticket from a call or visit, we update the ticket and then copy and paste that into the communication log.
It would be nice to have a way to update the ticket directly from the customer's info screen to the ticket that we are working on. And a way to Update the communication log from the ticket…

Filtered stock list from Inventory
It would be great to be able to create a PDF list of selected inventory products.
We currently use an Excel sheet to store all information on our available refurbished iPhones. one of the main reasons is that it is easy for us to filter down each column to provide customers with a tailored view of our current stock. For example, we can create a quick PDF pricelist of all available iPhone 6, Unlocked, Space Grey, Grade A devices.
I may be missing something but I can't see an easy way to do that within RS.I would like to…

Ticket Tabs like Chrome Tabs in Ticket Dashboard
We now use RepairShopr for all company tickets.
It would be great if we could see the ticket dashboard with tabs like chrome tabs that are based on the ticket type.
So In-Shop, On-Site, Remote Support, etc. ticket types would be categorized using tabs.
Could still have the default tab to show all tickets or a unique search.
This would be one small way to make RepairShopr a little bit better, which is already a great product!1 vote -
Allow default values in worksheet templates
I'd like to see the ability to set default values in worksheet fields that will carry over when adding a worksheet to a ticket.

Allow an option to choose between naming "Customers" or "Clients"
We call all of our clients "clients". Customers (to us) seems a little impersonal. Can we have the option to choose between naming the customer module "Customers" or "Clients"? I'm sure all the templates and modules that call for the customer name can be either duplicated or kept the same.

Download Platform Tickets in to RepairShopr
I would befit us to be able to download tickets from Platforms like WorkMarket, Field Nation, and OnForce. We would also like to have a two communication with these sites so we can have attachments and time auto upload.

Reference Additional Addresses in Templates
I really like the additional address feature on the customer profile. I would like it even more it there was a way to reference them, like you can the main address, in templates like invoices and receipts.

Recurring invoice Payment
It would be extremely helpful and profitable to have an additional column called AutoPay with a yes or no for the recurring invoice screen. This will help us be proactive and narrow down who to contact to get credit card stored on file and reduce company time verifying recurring invoices. The AutoPay will be a yes for when we select their credit card during the recurring invoice creation or modification. No for email only and snailmail for envelope mailing.

Back and Forward Arrows for Reviewing Notifications
In the notification center, while reviewing notifications, maybe have forward and backward arrows to review notifications quickly. In addition, when clicking on to review a notification, when clicking delete, instead of going back to the first page of notifications maybe go to next newest notification (if starting from an older notification) or the next oldest (if starting from a newer notification).
Maybe make this an option in preferences for those that want this functionality and for those that don't.

logistics
It would be helpful if the logistics screen showed the day it was ordered. Instead of clicking each one to see if it has been order. Also the links should open another browse instead of clicking back.
