Allow default values in worksheet templates
I'd like to see the ability to set default values in worksheet fields that will carry over when adding a worksheet to a ticket.

I added more votes to this. It really consumes man hours having to put a value in every selection for it to print on a paper ticket. Also check boxed are useless because they will only show up on a paper ticket if you check them.

This would also solve the problem of going threw every question and adding a value so it prints the question when you print work sheets for printed manual worksheet. It currently only prints headers and categories unless you select a value. Must have feature. Super waste of time.
