customer groups
I would like to see the addition of adding specific customers to the security groups to limit users to a specific set of one or more customers along with the permissions already in place.

Agreed. We have a sub-contractor working with us and really need to limit his access to our customer information. Definitely do not want to grant him access to all of our customers.

I agree as well...need this to share our ticket system with a company that has inside IT that way we can keep all the support under one ticket system instead of two...and I can't have them seeing all our customers.

Agreed this should be added to the security groups, and users permissions.

I'm needing to give an outside contractor access for certain customers, but don't want them to be able to see everyone. This would work perfectly

Customer groups would also be very handy when it comes to generating reports, Being able to filter out high volumes of one off clients from reoccuring service plans.
