  1. appointment type

    We offer Onsite, In Store, and Remote services. Ideally, we would like to be able to select one of these three Appointment Types when scheduling an appointment. We would want to be able to see this Appointment Type when looking at a ticket, but also when looking at the calendar (so we can easily see which type of appointment it is when we schedule new appointments).

  2. Email invoice button sends via xero/qb

    Hey

    Looking at using xero as our main invoicing and payments interface as it offers direct payment integrations that we use and also will auto reconcile etc.

    Is it possible for the api to make our usual email invoice button/recurring invoice and estimates to send directly via xero?

  3. PO# next to ticket number in Pending orders

    Once we add part from Pending orders list to PO, it will be great to see to next to part and ticket# information to which PO we attached that part so we are not ordering double parts for one ticket. Or some kind of comment will be great.

  5. Make it easier to remove a recurring invoice or contract

    Currently, I find it way more difficult than it should be to remove a recurring invoice or a contract when inside a customer's detail page. Some of them I may want to leave around, but many I want to remove if they cancel a subscription.

    The main problem is that there doesn't seem to be any sort of option in the Customer Detail page, or the Contract/Recurring invoice screen itself.

    The only way I see to remove a recurring invoice/subscription is to go into invoices > recurring invoices and then find the invoice and remove it. (same thing for contracts).…

  6. Fix time slider on appointment details from new ticket page.

    The minimum ticket length on this screen is .5 hours. The minimum needs to be 0.25 hours.

    If I drag it to 0.5 hours and then create ticket and go to linked appointment information it is now 0.25 hours. I can't be doubting the time length with the limitations and differing results.

  7. Updates to Recurring Invoice Schedules

    Just some minor ideas we'd like to see integrated into the recurring schedules model now that we're starting to heavily move into recurring revenue plans. These would be nice upgrades:

    1. Allow us to set the schedule template defaults for fields like "Invoice Billing Terms" and "Period Mode". At minimum, make the default "blank" so we know to update it. Currently, it looks like correct values are set after the template is created, and most techs only pay attention to the fields that are blank ("Employee" and "Location").

    2. Allow ALL options of schedules to be set from the "Make Recurring" button…

    We buy from multiple vendors and when we search an item there is no easy way to see who the vendor is for each item

  9. stop making the whole page refresh when changing the prices of an item.

    When entering in products into an invoice and then go to change all the prices on them, the invoice page refreshes every time. When I've entered in 20 products it slows down the process by waiting for the page to refresh all the content at a time.

  10. Requesting Store Stock group option for secondary group.

    We use RepairShopr to track a lot of store stock repair progress as well. We were originally going to create an additional location, but obviously that increases the monthly fee. So instead of a "Store Stock" group option could be added so we can separate our store stock repairs from customer repairs, that would be extremely helpful.

  11. inventory custom fields

    Hey Guys, I have customers call me up all the time looking for specific specs (such as an i5 laptop with 8GiBs of RAM) and I've noticed that it is indeed a bit cumbersome to find what I have in stock.

    Then it dawned on me... Why not have the ability to add "custom fields" (or a worksheet) to an inventory part and have that info searchable through the inventory module?

    I'd love to be able to enter the specifications of a laptop, desktop, etc when I'm creating the listing and be able to search for them afterwards.

  12. Additional Customer Search fields

    It would be very helpful to be able to create customer searches that can search against contracts as well as recurring invoices based on what line items are included.

    For example, I want to send an email blast to all customers on a certain level of monthly service agreement. Ideally, I would create a search filter that says "find any customer with a [recurring invoice / general subscription / ...] with [this/these product(s)] as line items".
    Or, "find any customer has a contract with [word/phrase] in the name."

    Some basic boolean logic would help too to allow multiple inputs separated…

  13. Atera Integration

    It would be awesome to be able to integrate RepairShopr with Atera. We are looking to switch from MaxFocus/Logicnow/SolarWinds to Atera. Seems much smoother and robust. Just option to push invoices and assets from there into RepairShopr would be a great start. They do already offeran open API.

  14. Enable SMS For Customer For New Tickets Within App

    When you create a new customer within the app it would be nice to be able to enable SMS and have the SMS sent to the customer when a new ticket is created as it does when you create a ticket in the web browser.

  18. Make it possible to disable default email notifications

    I am working on implementing slack and trying to improve communication efficiency in a smaller shop. The default email notifications are becoming redundant and I would love the ability to toggle them off individually or change their settings to use web hooks, etc.

    An example default notification is that the tech assigned to a ticket receives an email when the customer responds via email to their ticket.
