  1. When deleting a ticket / invoice / estimate...

    Right now, if we delete a ticket, invoice, or estimate... the following screen takes us to the ALL tickets-invoices-estimates screen.

    However, in almost all cases, when we're deleting something from a user's profile... we are still actively needing to do work within that profile.

    In our opinion; it would be more efficient that once an item is "deleted" from a user profile, the following action would be to shoot back into the active profile being worked from.

    Having the tickets-invoices-estimates, when deleted, go to the general ALL location, is somewhat disorienting, as it'll require the editing user to have to…

  2. SMS: Forward SMS to tech's mobile number

    It would be aweseome if, when a customer sends a text to the RepairShopr number asking for a status update, if that text could be forwarded to the tech's mobile. Then tech could reply to the text, which RepairShopr would then forward to customer.

  3. Include all overdue invoices when sending an email

    Right now a client can have $250 in multiple overdue invoices. However it sends the client the email showing they owe $250 but only attaches the invoice that triggered the overdue invoice email. For example the overdue invoice that triggered may be $50 of the $200.

    The client is left confused as to why it says $250 is owed yet only an invoice for $50 was emailed.

  4. Portal setup email

    When I create a portal login for multiple people within an organization, it emails the appropriate user I setup, but in the body of the email, it does not use their name, rather, it uses the company contact. Can you guys fix this to that it user each unique name "Dear XXXX"

  5. Ability to add blank lines in between line items on invoices

    It would be nice to have the ability to add blank lines in between line items. At times it's easier to read for some folks, instead of having a huge block of numbers and text.

  6. Allow invoice to add parts/labour from dropdown/category.

    The invoice screen seems to be missing the feature where you can drill down on the category and hit search to choose an item?
    It would be nice to replicate the way the inventory search works.

    As an example, lets say we have separate inventory items for 30 different types of Mac repairs (we might be doing this for reporting/Domo integration)
    How can the tech be expected to know what to search for, or what other type of repair meets the work they have actually done?
    Allowing them to search and narrow down by categories would be good.

  7. add notes from time log

    When entering time later on a ticket in the View Log area, it would be great to have a check box to put the comments in the Notes area as well.

  8. Purchase order customer assigment

    It would be great if we could assign stock to a customer when we are receiving it into stock, on a purchase order.
    It would need to be on an individual line item basis, as we often receive stuff for stock and customers at the same time.

    That way we could run a report and see if stuff that had been ordered for a specific customer had in fact been invoiced out.

  10. Allow multiple search options

    When in the Invoice or Ticket sections It would be preferable if we could search for a contact name and not just the company name because sometimes I cannot remember the company name when searching for invoices.

  11. Add a current appointment to the Ticket list

    When showing the ticket list, it would be very useful to have a column that shows a current appointment. When a ticket shows the status of scheduled, we would like to see when the appointment is.

  12. Dedicated Kiosk Printer

    I have a location that takes in computers for me to repair, i go by once or twice a day and pick them up. I would like to see the ability to have a label and/or receipt print at that location on completion of my Kiosk widget. This way a customer can come in, enter their information at the kiosk, then the label, receipt, and/or ticket prints when they press the submit button.   13. Custom Reports Module

    I would love a custom reports module that allows us to create ad hoc reports on the fly. I'm sure each of your customer has different needs and if you only create reports that most people want you leave us all wanting reports that we need but others do not. We are a data driven company and sometimes new information has us seeking additional info that we haven't thought of in advance. This will also alleviate your having to generate reports for us when we vote on them and free you up to make more significant changes to the platform.

    For our Domo subscribers we have pretty much added every report that’s been suggested if we have the data to accomplish it.

    This will probably not get worked on for anything that is possible in Domo – if you haven’t tried it, I would recommend it – and let us know if there is a report you want.

    Making a “report builder” is a major project, which is why we bought Domo even though it’s the most expensive piece of software our company has bought.

  14. Add serial numbers to Refurb Module.

    As it currently stands, when you send a device to the Refurb Module it stops reporting the serial number. This makes it really hard to find the device while it's in refurb. It also makes it almost impossible to see if a device has been in refurb.

    1) Higher contrast text for displayed fields: light blue text on white background is difficult to read. Suggestion: all black text, and break up sections with visible boxes on screen.

  16. add a search feature for tickets in the android/IOS app.

    I know you can filter tickets by 'All tickets' or 'filter only mine'. But it would be super awesome if you could also add a search to this tab section too please. :)

  17. Price printing label option

    I would like to be able to remove the price field from the label. It would be nice at a global level to select this as on or off, Or at an individual inventory item level to select "print price"

    I just don't want to reprint label as the price of my inventory changes

    variable prices on certain products, Example I don't want my employees adjusting prices of a Hard Case but if a customer came in to pay there local water bill 45.32 we need to type that in. other than add Manual item.
