  2. Item Sales History

    I think it would be a good idea to put an items sales history in the product description page. That way you can easily track what invoices an item was sold on. This would help in finding quantity errors as well as general inquires as to who parts were sold to.
    A report would also be very nice.

  3. option to change the default display on ticket screen

    in ticket search at the top it hides resolved by default but it would be good if we could change the default, so i can set all my repair complete jobs to 'complete awaiting pickup' but their not resolved, cos i want to still track what repairs i actually have still in the shop, incase things get stoled or we get robbed. Cos if all my complete and picked up jobs are marked as resolved, i have no idea of whats actually left the shop yet.

  4. in ticket automations you can setup automatic actions etc. It would be good with invoices if you could get it to automatically email the inv

    It would be good with invoices if you could get it to automatically email the invoice and payment receipt to the customer once its paid. so i dont have to select email each time, im sure its only a simple toggle switch you could add to invoice preferences.

  7. Prepay Hours auto mark invoice as Paid

    When a client has prepaid hours and an invoice is made, and the balance of the new invoice is $0.00 due to prepaid hours, auto mark the invoice as Paid instead of leaving it open.

    Message Center - Unified inbox for customer replies and messages

    A on-stop-shop place to see all customer correspondence or replies would assist in quicker feedback to customers.

    Some messages and replies from customers get missed in the emails as at times the inbox at times is overwhelmed with notifications.

    It would be nice to cut through the notifications and just look at customer correspondence.

    Take it one step further and being able to reply to these messages in the message center would be amazing.

  11. New appointment feature

    Please look into adding a feature where I can schedule a meeting appointment with several individuals from a single client organization. Maybe a drop down that shows my client organizations and another drop down where I can select the names of the client meeting attendees. This would also allow the attendees to add the appointment to their calendars. Thank you!

  12. Ability to add manually added item to inventory at time of creation

    many pos systems offer this feature as time saver. Instead of having to perform inventory operation twice; a rough draft of the inventory item can be optionally created from the point of manual add at the invoice/register level. This would obviously need to be limited by role so that only an authorized employee can opt to add to inventory.

    creating this feature saves time and becomes a huge productivity booster. One key boost in productivity is more accurate inventory as it removes the Ill do it later, after which, later never comes.

    Additionally, this can be made even more versatile…

    I track all assets that have batteries and the batteries need to be replaced every two (2) years. How can I get a list of expiring batteries?

  15. Create new customer contact while creating new ticket

    I was just creating a new ticket for a specific contact at the customer's office. This person isn't on the customer's list of contacts, so I find myself either having to cancel the new ticket to edit the customer, or create the ticket and then add the contact and update ticket later (and the contact won't get the 'New Ticket' email)

    Would be nice to type a name even if it isn't in drop down list and get prompt to add contact if needed.

  17. Item Cost & Retail - Enter Both via PO & Stays with Item Serial

    When we create a PO for phone screens, our cost can be up or down depending on the day. We need to be able to edit our cost & the retail & wholesale costs from the P.O. screen, and have the item pricing carry specifically to that item's serial number.

  18. Export "my RepairShopr" with shop settings

    I am using the demo for a while now and decided the platform is ideal for my shop's workflow. In the past days I've made several customizations, modifications and new worksheets, templates and so forth.

    It would be good to have a way to backup only the custom settings, configuration and templates without the need for a full backup.
