  2. reports

    could we have a suggested reorder report? this is based on months sales of inventory. or the facility to change the length the report looks at, weekly sales monthly etc. eg if we have sold 8 iphone 6 screens in a month? suggested reorder report would tell us we need to hold 8 screens or 2 a week etc etc

  3. "Internal Chat" Not a live chat for customer but the ability to chat with other shops within the organization would be nice

    "Internal Chat" Not a live chat for customers to communicate with the store, but the ability to chat with other shops within the organization would be nice. For example we have 6 locations and we always call to make sure that the inventory is correct before sending a customer to another shop. This could be useful for many other reasons.

  4. Vantiv CC Identification

    Vantiv does not show the last 4 numbers on cards in stored credit card list. This can be problematic if a customer wants to charge something to a specific card on file if they have more than one on file. Need to show the last for or be able to name the cards.

  5. Have "If Then conditions" on ticket worksheets

    It would be nice to have a flow to the ticket worksheets where we can have fields conditionally popup. For instance, if there was a drop down field that asked "Laptop or Desktop" depending on which one you pick it would populate more fields below. This is extremely useful for checklists that have the same core fields, but need a few different ones depending on certain scenario's.

    When computers come into my shop regardless of what it's for they get cleaned. So if I were to use the ticket worksheet as a checklist for what to clean I'd naturally have…

  6. Appointment Summary/title

    When i create an appointment from the ticket creation form, can the appointment title/summary on the calender view be altered?
    The little icon on the calender shows the customer name and surname, the company and then the ticket title. The ticket title has the info i need to identify the appointment.
    My calendar vie basically shows me a whole lot of names unless i highlight each one individually.
    makes it useless when over viewing the day or week's schedule.

  7. tickets and invoice attachements

    Can you please allow the attachements on the ticket to rollover to the invoice?
    my techs attach documents that need to be emailed along with the invoice.
    I am currently having to save the attachments and re-upload them to the invoice.

  8. Creating detailed tech reports for customer

    I feel it's missing a way to print a detailed tech report, maybe using the worksheets and a final tech report and technician recomendations like "dos" and "don'ts", as well as explaining exactly what was performed on the device.

  9. It would be great if we had the ability to create an invoice directly from a calendar appointment.

    I have technicians that go onsite and it would be great if they could just open the calendar appointment and be able to write an invoice and take payment from the appointment which already has all the customer information.

  10. Pending Items for Unmaintained Inventory on Low Stock Report ( email )

    The Low Stock email is nice, I review it each morning, have links to easily click and review. Etc.

    The Part request emails are nice, I review my inbox as they come in,

    ( can't easiely click these though,
    a) the url for the part isn't clickable in the mails
    b) the link is to the parts section not the part item itself
    c) the customer is clickable but the ticket isn't
    )

    The one thing missing is Pending items, which is really just Part Requests but for items we usually have or used to carry.

    They don't show up…

  11. Create Device Configurator Widget

    I just purchased a business that builds custom computers. I would love it if I could use a RepairShopr widget on a tablet to walk customers through configuring a custom computer, then adding it to a ticket, and we build it for them.

    Seems like your Device Repair Widget has some of the functionality that could be used.

  12. When searching for an imei, search customer purchases, all invoices, all tickets, and anywhere else it might show up

    If a device is not set as instock, but I want to look for an IMEI, show me where that device sits in the system.

  13. Scan barcode to change status on tickets.

    One of my employees gave me an idea that I think would be great for R.S.

    Can we make it somehow that if a ticket is open, we could scan a barcode to set the ticket as completed or resolved?

    I could imagine a really slick setup of a bunch of our computers that were getting tuned-up and then after they are done I could scan each computer and then put it on the shelf to mark it as completed. This would be very efficient and we already have a scanner, barcodes, printers, and canned responses, so all that's left…

  14. Security Groups - View 'Their Ticket' - Remove Search bar or Search Only 'Their Ticket'

    In big chain when having multiple locations I want technicians only to see the ticket from 'their location' so they can only see 'their tickets'. Today you can activate so hey can only see 'their tickets' in the tickets list. But in the search bar they can still search for all tickets in the database.

    An alternative could be being able to deactivate the search bar, so having the security group option to 'Disable search bar'.

  15. Tyro Integration

    Unlike the US, Australia and many other counties don't use outdated Magnetic Strips on Cards anymore, we are heavily dependent on Paywave. Services like Stripe ect. Simply don't work over here. We use a EFTPOS Machine (AKA Credit Card Terminal to yanks) called Tyro. It has great rates and is compatible with all banks and supports integration. Integration would be a HUGE benefit to our business reduce error, and time to process the sale.

  16. Set Different Default Ticket Due Dates for Custom Field Type

    Its great that now the default ticket due date is editable in Ticket Preferences. However we repair a wide variety of devices, with different due dates. For example if we are fixing a phone we usually have the ticket due in an hour, if its a PC its usually due within 24 hours, if its a cattle preg tester its due within a week.

    Our preference is for the default to be variable based on Custom Field Type, or Issue Type.

  17. Add Asset searching/adding directly to ticket creation

    My techs have trouble remembering to add assets, not to mention the fact that the pop-up window is clunky.

    Is there any way this functionality can get added directly to the ticket creation page instead of a separate pop-out off of a button?

  18. POS quantities

    Needs an overhaul...

    If I press one of my items it just adds it once. Pressing multiple times adds a new line "1 @". There's no way to click and edit the quantity? Needs to be a way to edit or automatically add to quantity if line item already exists.

    If using barcode scanner I can click the number box next to "scan a barcode" and it works, but it's problematic too. 1) Have to remember to do it first or can't edit its after quantity. 2) on computer screen only displays 1 digit of whatever number is entered (field…

  19. Add timestamp to Invoices and receipts

    I would love to not only see the date stamp, but also a time stamp on invoices, receipts, etc. It is helpful to know when a tech made an invoice or took a payment when backtracking things.

  20. Orderhive Integration (Inventory Management, Sales Channels)

    Just started using RepairShopr and it's working great for us. Currently also setting up OrderHive which is an inventory management app, and will integrate this with Xero in place of our current Sage accounting software.

    OrderHive allows many sources to all work together from one inventory location, so syncs up many cart applications for website sales, as well as sales channels (ebay, Amazon and so on) and then passes info back to accounting software (such as Xero).

    It's ideal for any business that handles work over multiple channels, and currently we plan to just raise invoices manually in OrderHive and…
