Atera Integration
It would be awesome to be able to integrate RepairShopr with Atera. We are looking to switch from MaxFocus/Logicnow/SolarWinds to Atera. Seems much smoother and robust. Just option to push invoices and assets from there into RepairShopr would be a great start. They do already offeran open API.

Wanted to respond here and let you know that since this integration was requested, we launched Syncro!
Syncro takes all the PSA functionality you like in RepairShopr, combines it with a built-in and robust RMM, and adds more MSP specific functionality on top. So you no longer need to integrate RepairShopr with another RMM, because it’s built right in to Syncro.

We've been talking to people every day about moving from Atera to Syncro so it kind of makes more sense for us to just focus on that instead of an integration like this.

I've been using Atera for quite some time (patch, monitoring) and RepairShopr for invoicing and such. The idea of an overlap is ridiculous because Atera does not come close to RepairShopr features. Integration would be great.

I use Atera and Repairshopr, and would really really welcome an integration. These two services working together would make things ideal for my growing msp.
Atera does have ticketing & invoicing, which I DO NOT USE, because Repairshopr works so much better. So, I'm not leaving Repairshopr as my PSA tool. Never. But Atera's monitoring & management tool is really good, at least for me. Atera does offer a ticket system but it is not even close to repairshopr.

Would also like this, Atera PSA is so weak compared to RS which I think is more of a complete package. Would only want the RMM portion of Atera whilst RS handles invoicing, tickets, stock etc

I totally agree. I only use Atera for alerts and remote support and have no interest in using it for invoicing.

Troy has said that they seem to encroach on Repairshopr's features and may overlap too much.
I will have to disagree as I am currently using them side by side but still using repairshopr for invoicing (linked to Xero) and ticketing, using Atera purely for alerts and remote support.
Please reconsider as solarwinds/n-able is pissing off people left/right/centre

Yes please. The Atera pricing model is perfect for small operators like me, and integration with Repairshopr would be awesome. I am also a Kabuto user and Recur subscriber. I have absolutely no intention of using Atera for invoicing.

Same. Moving my business to you guys after MaxFocus continues to raise prices and features fell flat. Starting a home user facing leg of my MSP and would love integration with repairshopr

I so want this...Repairshopr is my preferred psa but an integration with Atera would help tremendously! So please, repairshopr, grant this wish!!!

I just switched from those products to Atera (have been using RepairShopr all along) and wholeheartedly agree. Those products would complement each other nicely with minor integration.
