    I currently use MightyText to communicate directly with my android phone for SMS, but this operates outside of Repairshopr. I can create leads from these sms messages if required by forwarding them,
    but that's about it as far as integration.

    Hi folks!

    Wanted to respond here and let you know that since this integration was requested, we launched Syncro!

    Syncro takes all the PSA functionality you like in RepairShopr, combines it with a built-in and robust RMM, and adds more MSP specific functionality on top. So you no longer need to integrate RepairShopr with another RMM, because it’s built right in to Syncro.

    I totally agree. I only use Atera for alerts and remote support and have no interest in using it for invoicing.

    Yes please. The Atera pricing model is perfect for small operators like me, and integration with Repairshopr would be awesome. I am also a Kabuto user and Recur subscriber. I have absolutely no intention of using Atera for invoicing.

    What if any appointment that had a location specified we could calculate the road-miles from your office to there, and put that in a report?

    A little simpler than doing real vehicle/person tracking, still gets you pretty good data – and would be more realistic for us to quickly build.

    Have a look at https://www.mycartracks.com/ - It allows you to easily track times and mileage from an android phone. I use it constantly and simply extract times/mileage at the end of the day by reviewing my progress throughout the day.

    It would be great if we could assign a ticket start & stop action to automatically capture times and mileage for a specific ticket.
