  1. Add ticket number to calendar subject.

    Currently the calendar shows something like:-
    "[RS] Customer Name , Ticket Subject, ZIP/postcode"

    Any chance it could show the ticket number somewhere? We push the appointments to google calendar and its very useful just to look at the calendar and see the ticket number and use it for reference or to search etc.
    How about:-
    "[RS 9321] Customer Name , Ticket Subject, ZIP/postcode"

  2. Chronological and filterable ledger of all activity

    A "Dashboard" type page that shows all ticket activity in chronological order and can be filtered by various criteria such as job types, customers, dates, etc.

    As-is the Tickets page doesn't show quite enough at-a-glance info to get up to date on where all your jobs stand/what progress was made during the day.

  3. Xero Invoice Number Sync or Ability to PreFix RepairShopr Invoice

    We run Xero for other parts of our business, meaning that when using Repairshopr Invoicing it does not pull the next available invoice from XERO.

    Ideally it would get the next invoice number from XERO before pushing invoice. Alternatively have the ability to Prefix Invoice Numbers coming from RepairShopr - for example RS as the Prefix e.g RS1001

  4. appointment type

    We offer Onsite, In Store, and Remote services. Ideally, we would like to be able to select one of these three Appointment Types when scheduling an appointment. We would want to be able to see this Appointment Type when looking at a ticket, but also when looking at the calendar (so we can easily see which type of appointment it is when we schedule new appointments).

  5. Allow for unit price or rate five decimal places

    For wire and pipe item/unit/rate amounts it is common to see these numbers: 1.31411 or 0.14327

    For quantities over 20 feet or non-integers, 21.5 feet, the amounts come out incorrect, making the overall purchase order and resulting bill amount incorrect.

    Try 45 feet at 1.31, then try 45 feet at 1.31411
    add another item 45 feet at .14, then try 45 feet at .14327

    add up the two columns and see the difference.

    I propose allowing for up to five decimal places to the right on unit price.

  6. Allow Each User to Customize Their Tabs

    Giving the ability for each user to customize which tabs are shown or which order they are would be very helpful. This way an office or receptionist would use the leads, customers and invoices tabs more often than the techs would, they could have those at the front.

  7. SSO with Azure B2C

    Hi!
    For the customer portal it would be great to have integration with Azure AD B2C SSO. This would streamline the login between the different systems.

  8. Contract Templates

    I would like people to be able to add a kinda "intake form" style thing to setting up a contract. For example setting up a credit agreement, and the ability to add a worksheet to the top of each.

    This will enable us to have credit card debit authorizations, direct debit authorizations, credit agreements, so that customers are able to be held to the contracts as well as the other way around.

  9. Ticket Charges - Created into Tasks

    We would like the ability to convert ticket charges into assignments that technicians can checkoff as completed appropriately, essentially signed by the specific tech such as noted on custom worksheets created.

  10. Mobile App: We need Estimates and Manual items

    Without these two features, my techs have stopped using the app entirely and now bring laptops with them in the field. These features would be massive for us! I know we are unique... we do not have a storefront. We are six technicians in the field full time. Thank you for your consideration!!

    1) Estimates. Be able to create, edit and convert into invoices.

    2) Invoices: Add a manual (non inventory) part/item to an invoice from the app

  11. Pictures of items on POS sale page

    The current layout on the POS main page needs icons, or images, or something added to the buttons. Think when you are looking at a catalog online - there are photos of the items. It would help a lot to be able to quickly identify an item visually.

  13. Have the option for bundled elements to be seen on the invoice as individual items.

    It would be nice to be able to have the option of letting the bundled items be printed on the customer's invoice like a package or a kit.

  14. Bank Deposit Reconciliation

    i would like to have a cash control option that gives a quick summery of the deposits that should go into the bank nightly so you would set your draw to the till amount (the amount that you keep on hand) and at the end of the z report or a regular report if needed to be separate it will give you expected cash deposit amount.

  15. Add "Open in new tab" and "Open in new window" right click options to Search All The Things

    Please. I'm begging you. It seriously messes with my workflow not to have these options available to the results from the Search All The Things box.

    I don't know if it's because the search bar is somehow java based or is using some weird runtime that makes those options hard to implement, but I would really like to see them integrated into the right click context menu items.

  18. Full How-Tos (AutoPrintr, Receipt Printers, Cash Drawers, etc)

    I think it would benefit many of us if you had full step-by-step instructions for installing hardware and software common to many/most of us. For instance, your TSP100 setup instructions skip many steps and even finding the right configuration utility was difficult. (The TSP100 LAN software includes at least three utils). Please consider putting full beginning-to-end setup instructions up for supported receipt printers and cash drawers, and please give more detailed instructions for setting up AutoPrintr.

  19. Asset Costing Report

    The report should show the history of an asset’s work ticket. The main goal for us internally, since all our assets are company own and we do not repair outside “public” assets, is to run a report either weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually to see what each asset has cost our company to maintain.

    The report should be exported to CVS for us to filter and organized. The spreadsheet should have a minimum of 10 columns;
    1. Work Ticket #
    2. Customer assigned to asset at the time of the work ticket.
    3. Subject
    4. Description of ticket
    5. Asset…

  20. Recurring Reminders

    We use reminders to notify us of sales opportunities but the reminder disappears after the event. It would be great if we could set a recurring reminder to remind a customer that their antivirus is due for renewal, this would save us from manually creating it every year. We could do it as a recurring invoice but as at that point, we've not sold them anything it gets confusing.
