  1. Xero Invoice Number Sync or Ability to PreFix RepairShopr Invoice

    We run Xero for other parts of our business, meaning that when using Repairshopr Invoicing it does not pull the next available invoice from XERO.

    Ideally it would get the next invoice number from XERO before pushing invoice. Alternatively have the ability to Prefix Invoice Numbers coming from RepairShopr - for example RS as the Prefix e.g RS1001

  2. Allow for unit price or rate five decimal places

    For wire and pipe item/unit/rate amounts it is common to see these numbers: 1.31411 or 0.14327

    For quantities over 20 feet or non-integers, 21.5 feet, the amounts come out incorrect, making the overall purchase order and resulting bill amount incorrect.

    Try 45 feet at 1.31, then try 45 feet at 1.31411
    add another item 45 feet at .14, then try 45 feet at .14327

    add up the two columns and see the difference.

    I propose allowing for up to five decimal places to the right on unit price.

  3. Allow Each User to Customize Their Tabs

    Giving the ability for each user to customize which tabs are shown or which order they are would be very helpful. This way an office or receptionist would use the leads, customers and invoices tabs more often than the techs would, they could have those at the front.

  4. Mobile App: We need Estimates and Manual items

    Without these two features, my techs have stopped using the app entirely and now bring laptops with them in the field. These features would be massive for us! I know we are unique... we do not have a storefront. We are six technicians in the field full time. Thank you for your consideration!!

    1) Estimates. Be able to create, edit and convert into invoices.

    2) Invoices: Add a manual (non inventory) part/item to an invoice from the app

  5. Pictures of items on POS sale page

    The current layout on the POS main page needs icons, or images, or something added to the buttons. Think when you are looking at a catalog online - there are photos of the items. It would help a lot to be able to quickly identify an item visually.

  6. Have the option for bundled elements to be seen on the invoice as individual items.

    It would be nice to be able to have the option of letting the bundled items be printed on the customer's invoice like a package or a kit.

  7. Bank Deposit Reconciliation

    i would like to have a cash control option that gives a quick summery of the deposits that should go into the bank nightly so you would set your draw to the till amount (the amount that you keep on hand) and at the end of the z report or a regular report if needed to be separate it will give you expected cash deposit amount.

  8. implement the option for a refurb sticker like on tickets

  9. Recurring Reminders

    We use reminders to notify us of sales opportunities but the reminder disappears after the event. It would be great if we could set a recurring reminder to remind a customer that their antivirus is due for renewal, this would save us from manually creating it every year. We could do it as a recurring invoice but as at that point, we've not sold them anything it gets confusing.

  10. Reorder the Search All Things results to show - newest tickets first

    SOAT is a useful feature, but it only shows five tickets or so and it shows the oldest ones first instead of the newest. Reorder the results to show the newer tickets first and it will greatly enhance the value of the feature.

  11. Purchase Orders and Quickbooks Desktop

    I would really like to have the ability to create Purchase Orders in RS and have them sync with QB. We can't move to QB Online, and this is the only feature left that is keeping us from using RS as a one-stop tool.

  12. Bundles on Tickets that ADJUST inventory of items in bundle

    Currently when we add bundles to tickets it keeps inventory levels the same. Not until we invoice the ticket can we see what our true inventory level is or what serialized inventory we still have left to commit to a ticket.

    Right now -I can add a bundle to a ticket but cannot let anyone else building tickets know that I am using up an instance of a product - unless I create an invoice. So as it stands it does not make sense for anyone to use bundles for tickets - to only use them for invoices.

  13. group techs into teams and allow assigning tickets to the group

    We'd like to group techs into teams e.g. server team, 365 team, web team and assign tickets to the team rather than the individual tech. This would make team management much easier.

  14. Conditional Logic in Forms for Tickets or Worksheets

    We do several types of work which requires different information to be recorded based on the task.
    I'm looking for a solution to build conditional logic in forms added to tickets or built with the worksheets added to the ticket.

    With conditional logic in forms, we can ensure that people using the form will only answer the questions that are relevant to their submission by showing specific fields based on their answers to other questions.

  15. Margin's for markup

    Hey guys,
    Just thinking how nice it would be to see how much profit margin that I'm going to make on a estimate. (The difference between the Retail price and the cost of my part. Example:

    When I enter a part into an estimate have it show our cost and the retail cost and then a summary at the bottom of the table that talleys the total.

    SIDE NOTE: When creating a part it would be great to have a few things happen:
    1. Field for URL storage (That way 3 months after I create an estimate and my client…

  17. Add Birthday Marketing

    Would love to be able to send promotional e-mails automatically to customers. During customer creation, have a field to enter in their birthday and on the month of their birthday they can have a special promotion available to only them. These types of things go a long way for small businesses.

  18. Statement email with credit

    It would be helpful to be able to send customers a statement when they have credit on their account. At the moment the option to email an account balance statement on the customer page disappears when there are no outstanding invoices but the customer has credit.

  20. Contract Templates

    I would like people to be able to add a kinda "intake form" style thing to setting up a contract. For example setting up a credit agreement, and the ability to add a worksheet to the top of each.

    This will enable us to have credit card debit authorizations, direct debit authorizations, credit agreements, so that customers are able to be held to the contracts as well as the other way around.
