  2. Allow customisation of invoice line items

    I would like to be able to change the fields shown for each line in estimates and invoices, so, for example, I can remove the Item field, add a line total (inc tax) field, etc. Just to allow us to make slightly nicer presented invoices for consumer customers who don't need to worry about ex tax prices.

  3. Ability to assign multiple categories per product

    It would be great to assign multiple categories to an inventory item.

    For example I have categories such as "iPhone 5c" and "iPhone 5s" yet there are parts such as a replacement battery which work in both phone models, therefore are applicable to both categories.

  4. Mass Edit Customers!

    I want to be able to mass edit customers so things like custom fields can be easily changed for a large group of customers. I use several different Support packages and I want to be able to make mass edits to custom fields so that I don't have to edit each individually.

  5. Special Order Parts Grouping

    Sometimes we need to special order multiple parts for a single ticket. It would be great to be able to add all part orders to one special order part entry. It would cut down on data entry time. Would need to be able to receive parts in the group independent of each other, just like you can with PO's.

  6. Single Page Kiosk Mode or Self Services (Enhancement 2)

    Hi repirshopr team,

    my customers and I love the Self Services option.
    But it needs more options.

    I quote here:
    When a customer checks-in and a ticket is created through an actual kiosk the ticket field is limited to "issue" only and doesn't have the ability to include other relevant and useful fields such as device passcode, device type, etc at time of intake.

  8. Integration with Naverisk

    It would be great to have integration with INaverisk just like how the RMM feature for MaxFocus work so when an alert comes up, there would be an area within RS that shows the alert and you can convert to a ticket or clear the alert accordingly etc.

  9. Clone Invoice to Estimate

    I love the ability to clone invoices and estimates, but I think it would be awesome if we could clone an Invoice to an estimate.

    Just ran into this need today, had a client who wanted to order another custom built computer the same as he had a few months back, but it still needs to be run up and approved through the corporate ladder...being able to clone an invoice to an estimate would simplify quoting situation like this immensely.

  10. REFERRAL SOURCE -

    This really helps to know how our marketing is working.

    Once a customer comes in for service - lets say from a google search, after the service is performed we should be able to change that customer to a different REFERRAL SOURCE - because now they are an existing customer - we have earned their business and they become an existing customer rather than another google search the next time they come in - not very helpful in deciding on advertising budget.

    It seems like when I change their REFERRAL SOURCE it changes all the reports.

    Am I mistaken or…

  11. Attendees on Calendar

    It'd be nice to see "two" appts one for each tech if there are multiple people assigned to a field job. As of right now only the owner of the appt shows up in the calendar. My work around is to create two separate appts, for each tech.

  13. Discount on an Invoice - Show Original Price

    It would be very nice show the original amount of the invoice, the discount amount, and the new total on the invoice. Currently, I am only showing the discount / Item cost / line item. That is nice, but it does not show how much the discount is!

    On hourly items (4 hours @ $90/hr; it only shows the $90.00 discounted 100% to $0.00. It does not show the total discount was $360!!).

    Any way to add this feature?

  14. Report for Bundle Sales

    We've started using the bundles feature recently and it's worked really well for us with a recent promo. However we can't report on the sale states based on these bundles.

    So we think the promo went well but we're not to sure.

    Can I suggest that you a report that allows you to see bundles sold.

  15. AutoPrintr app for Raspbian - Raspberry PI

    Hi !

    We using Raspberry Pi in all our shops as a printer server which is connected to Google Cloud Printer Server all the time via "Chromium" app. Unfortunately as we all know Google Cloud Printer is still in Beta version and is working very slow time to time...

    Any chance for release AutoPrint application for Raspbian ( Raspberry Pi ) ?

  16. Add ticket number to calendar subject.

    Currently the calendar shows something like:-
    "[RS] Customer Name , Ticket Subject, ZIP/postcode"

    Any chance it could show the ticket number somewhere? We push the appointments to google calendar and its very useful just to look at the calendar and see the ticket number and use it for reference or to search etc.
    How about:-
    "[RS 9321] Customer Name , Ticket Subject, ZIP/postcode"

  17. Xero Invoice Number Sync or Ability to PreFix RepairShopr Invoice

    We run Xero for other parts of our business, meaning that when using Repairshopr Invoicing it does not pull the next available invoice from XERO.

    Ideally it would get the next invoice number from XERO before pushing invoice. Alternatively have the ability to Prefix Invoice Numbers coming from RepairShopr - for example RS as the Prefix e.g RS1001

  18. Allow for unit price or rate five decimal places

    For wire and pipe item/unit/rate amounts it is common to see these numbers: 1.31411 or 0.14327

    For quantities over 20 feet or non-integers, 21.5 feet, the amounts come out incorrect, making the overall purchase order and resulting bill amount incorrect.

    Try 45 feet at 1.31, then try 45 feet at 1.31411
    add another item 45 feet at .14, then try 45 feet at .14327

    add up the two columns and see the difference.

    I propose allowing for up to five decimal places to the right on unit price.

  19. Allow Each User to Customize Their Tabs

    Giving the ability for each user to customize which tabs are shown or which order they are would be very helpful. This way an office or receptionist would use the leads, customers and invoices tabs more often than the techs would, they could have those at the front.

  20. Ability to change Quantities in Estimate for bundle items

    It would be nice to be able to change the quantity of a bundle item on an estimate without having to add the item to the estimate twice. Or maybe just have the quantity field on the Estimates screen editable.
