Contract: Define quantity in price override; Apply fixed discount on Inventory items
Hello,
We are in the final stages of setting up Repairshopr and finally go paperless :) but there are a few things on the contract feature that will come extremely handy.
In price override would be great to set a max quantity for each item. For example for the product "x" we would like to set the price override for a certain amount of pieces. Passed that number of pieces the system will bill the regular price.
Second, having the option to add a "fixed" discount on ALL inventory items at once. We have a certain amount of parts already…

invoice payment screen logo
Add branding to invoice payment screen
Would love to have our logo on the invoice payment screen. This is the screen that comes up when a customer clicks ->Pay by Credit Card. Right now it's just bland and blank especially on the right hand side. Would be nice to have our company logo so that the customer knows they can trust the process.

Multiple status fields
We use the status field with Zapier and trello to move tickets about etc. When customer reply to a comment, it changes the status to 'customer reply' which is all very we ll, but we then lost what the status WAS before they replied. Would it be an idea to have a 2nd status filed, that can be accessed via Zapier that is not affected by anything other than admin defined changes (manual, zapier, automation etc)

Display service location on invoices
We have customers that have multiple service locations. We have entered these as additional locations in RepairShopr. On the invoice, the customer would like to see which site the service was performed at in the case of onsite appointments. If there was a field called "service location" we could include on the invoice that would make this fairly easy. We would also want to have the ability to use a specific invoice template for each customer, so that we did not have to display "service location" info for customers that did not have multiple locations.

Inventory products page.
It would be nice to have the physical location added to the inventory/products page so you can glance at it without having to open the the actual part. It would be nice for shops that carry a lot of inventory to cut out one step.

Stop reformatting (rehashing) URLs in ticket comments
I sent my customer a ticket reply with a URL to a web site in it. The link was copied straight from my browser, but when the customer received the ticket comment email they called me to ask what I was sending them and if it was safe, because mousing over the link showed that it was taking them to this page, which looks like nothing to do with the original link I pasted, and actually looked like this :

Ability for customers to reset their passwords for Client Portal
Users are not using Customer portal because they dont remember and cannot reset their portal passwords them selves

API integration - Add attachment to customer and invoice
Currently the API integration allows for attachments to tickets, but not on customer or invoice.
It would be great if we could do the same for invoices and customers, and also publish them, so customers can see them on the portal.

Give the ability to change due date from main ticket screen
Give the ability to change due date from main ticket screen. It would be nice to be able to change the due date on the main ticket screen ( like we are able on the status) instead of having to open ticket and edit due date and save it.

BCC Field in Marketr for Trust Pilot
A BCC field in Marketr will enable us to send an email to Trust Pilot to automatically ask the customer to review us. At the moment we cannot easily do this .

implement Search Operators in the "Search all the things" box to skip the search results page
Let's say that you already know the ticket number you want to jump to. Currently, you type in that number and find it in either the suggestions box or hit enter and select it from the search results page. It's a minor extra step, but if, for example, you have a large number of customers with phone numbers whose area code starts with the same three digits that the ticket number starts with, you may have to scroll a lot farther than otherwise. It's a small thing but it can add up over the day.

Integrate BlockChyp as a new merchant processor
WORLDPAY can't be the only one out there, the terminals I've seen from them look plain and outdated, There are so many options but BlockChyp has a very very nice and modern looking terminal called Luxe 8500i

Revamp the Mobile App for the new price hike
Consider making the Mobile App useful in the field. It's near useless the way it currently exists.
- Full sync without using intervention to the RepairShopr data.
- Format the fields so that it's presented in a mobile friendly manner. We use the credentials section to log all client logins. Accessing that on the mobile is frustration.
Clean up the GUI so that you have quick access to 1. Billing. 2. Time logging and 3. Customer data.
Calendar and Appointments that presents nicely, too.

Make a selector that defines if drop down items open in new window or tab or stays in current window.
For the last week, each time I search a customers ticket in the search everything box, then select from the drop down menu, it opens in a new tab.
Can we make a selector somewhere that defines if we want it to open in new tab, or window, or stay in the current window?
We finish the day with a lot of tabs open, even after closing so many all day. The madness needs to end.

Ability to sync Google Tasks with dashboard reminders
I am sure the Google Tasks API is just an extension of the Calendar API - It would be great if I could have all of my reminders/tasks in one place (especially on my mobile/tablet). How easy would it be to implement this?

Edit Cash Drawer Entries
Sometimes our techs make a mistake in counting the cash drawer when opening or closing. If this happens in the morning, the "expected amount" is severely off, which throws off 2 days worth of counts. If it happens at the end of the day, the "opening amount" is off and that throws off the end of day balance.
It would be nice if global admins had the ability to edit/correct cash drawer entries like they can on the time clock. Can this be added?

Margin's for markup
Hey guys,
Just thinking how nice it would be to see how much profit margin that I'm going to make on a estimate. (The difference between the Retail price and the cost of my part. Example:When I enter a part into an estimate have it show our cost and the retail cost and then a summary at the bottom of the table that talleys the total.
