Option to generate/print Despatch Notes
We have invoices for inventory that we would be sending to some of our customers and they wouldn't want the invoice sent with the order / seen by their employees etc. It would be nice to be able to print a Despatch Note (basically the invoice without the amounts on it).

Single Use / One-Time Use - UNIQUE Inventory Module - PARTS

This idea is really the “in between” of Inventory (parts you regularly keep in stock/track) and Logistics (parts that you special order on demand). Integrate with todoist
We use todoist as a general office task management system, and I think it would be pretty slick to have repair shoppr populate new tickets on an "unassigned" project on todoist, and have our managers assign these tasks daily. That way, even people who don't use repair shoppr and just want to get a quick glance at who is doing what can quickly see how swamped/open our technicians are, and can move around other tasks accordingly.

Customer Portal - Billing Admin
As of now, if a Portal User is created, they cannot see the invoices. If I remove the portal user, the invoices show up under the generic link.
Can we have an option to make users billing administrators?
We are trying to use the Portal for some of our larger clients to submit tickets for better tracking, but these clients pay all invoices once a month and would like to be able to just go online to do it.

Set up user defined time zones.
Allow each user of repairshopr to set a time zone. Single time zone when our users are spread across the country makes user defined time zones crucial.

Prepaid Hours For Specific Inventory Items
We offer specific prepaid remote support time for our monthly customers and it would be nice if we could setup the prepay hours to allow me to bill general labor items such as onsite work and shop work but attach the prepaid hours to remote support only.

Chronological and filterable ledger of all activity
A "Dashboard" type page that shows all ticket activity in chronological order and can be filtered by various criteria such as job types, customers, dates, etc.
As-is the Tickets page doesn't show quite enough at-a-glance info to get up to date on where all your jobs stand/what progress was made during the day.

Ticket Charges - Created into Tasks
We would like the ability to convert ticket charges into assignments that technicians can checkoff as completed appropriately, essentially signed by the specific tech such as noted on custom worksheets created.

Add "Open in new tab" and "Open in new window" right click options to Search All The Things
Please. I'm begging you. It seriously messes with my workflow not to have these options available to the results from the Search All The Things box.
I don't know if it's because the search bar is somehow java based or is using some weird runtime that makes those options hard to implement, but I would really like to see them integrated into the right click context menu items.

Full How-Tos (AutoPrintr, Receipt Printers, Cash Drawers, etc)
I think it would benefit many of us if you had full step-by-step instructions for installing hardware and software common to many/most of us. For instance, your TSP100 setup instructions skip many steps and even finding the right configuration utility was difficult. (The TSP100 LAN software includes at least three utils). Please consider putting full beginning-to-end setup instructions up for supported receipt printers and cash drawers, and please give more detailed instructions for setting up AutoPrintr.

Asset Costing Report
The report should show the history of an asset’s work ticket. The main goal for us internally, since all our assets are company own and we do not repair outside “public” assets, is to run a report either weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually to see what each asset has cost our company to maintain.
The report should be exported to CVS for us to filter and organized. The spreadsheet should have a minimum of 10 columns;
1. Work Ticket #
2. Customer assigned to asset at the time of the work ticket.
3. Subject
4. Description of ticket

Add beta switch to users
Can we add in Security Groups a button to allow people in that group to access the beta UI switch? It would be really useful for a select admin group to have the Beta UI switch. Thank you

Change Custom Asset Field Titles
If you change the name of any one custom asset field, the data pertaining to that field becomes disassociated, and therefore invisible, for all assets in the system.
This can be reversed by putting the original name back in place.There is no warning that this will happen - instead, there's just a message that the change might take awhile to be reflected.
In its current implementation, admins are stuck with the custom asset field names they first set up, before becoming familiar with the RepairShopr platform and how it relates to their workflows.

Edit Cash Drawer Entries
Sometimes our techs make a mistake in counting the cash drawer when opening or closing. If this happens in the morning, the "expected amount" is severely off, which throws off 2 days worth of counts. If it happens at the end of the day, the "opening amount" is off and that throws off the end of day balance.
It would be nice if global admins had the ability to edit/correct cash drawer entries like they can on the time clock. Can this be added?

Edit print triggers / when something print
Right now you can turn on or off printer or specify what printers are used to print invoices, receipts etc.
I would like to be able to edit the actual trigger themselves.

Add Canned Responses feature to "Invoice Email Custom Message"
It would be awesome to allow canned responses for the "Custom Message" when sending Invoice emails.
We use several different canned responses depending on the situation, and are having to cut and past from a notepad or program hotkeys on each computer.
For example, on zero dollar follow-up invoices, we add "Thanks for checking in! There is no charge for today's session, as it falls within our 30 day follow-up guarantee. Thank you for choosing... etc"
Or "You indicated you wanted to review the invoice and mail in a cheque. Please pay from the attached invoice. You can also use…
