The ability to see if a ticket comment was emailed to the customer or not
After a comment has been added to an individual ticket, there is no way of knowing if the actual comment was emailed or not.
It would be handy if there was a way of checking after the fact if the customer was contacted.

Custom Field Reports
I would like a way to track manufacturing defects and print reports based on customer inquiries. I would like a custom field where I can enter fault codes and print reports.

Add rolls of coins to register count, give admins ability to edit a drawer after the opening count has been completed
A few things I would like to see happen. The two changes I have not seen posted are below:
1) Ability to count a roll of coins in the opening and closing count
2) Make the "Enter" key go to the next field as opposed to clicking the button at the bottom. (many times my employee's have put in 30 cents and hit enter only to open the draw at 30 cents)
3) Give admins the ability to go back and view/edit a draw that is open. (this way if someone opens the drawer with an incorrect amount, we can…8 votes -
Edit print triggers / when something print
Right now you can turn on or off printer or specify what printers are used to print invoices, receipts etc.
I would like to be able to edit the actual trigger themselves.
Triger1 cash payment via invoice:Print receipt. print invoice
Trigger2 Cash payment via POS: Print Receipt

Add Canned Responses feature to "Invoice Email Custom Message"
It would be awesome to allow canned responses for the "Custom Message" when sending Invoice emails.
We use several different canned responses depending on the situation, and are having to cut and past from a notepad or program hotkeys on each computer.
For example, on zero dollar follow-up invoices, we add "Thanks for checking in! There is no charge for today's session, as it falls within our 30 day follow-up guarantee. Thank you for choosing... etc"
Or "You indicated you wanted to review the invoice and mail in a cheque. Please pay from the attached invoice. You can also use…

Email Track PDF
I would like to suggest the Idea for Emailing to customer.
The idea is when we send Estimate or Invoice email send it to the Customer pdf. Would let us know if the customer read the email or not. Like a Tracking Viewed or not Viewed email.
Like other Program that Called "manager.io" when you send email if the customer view the email, will mark to us as "viewed". If the customer didn't view yet, will mark as "Not Viewed".That a good idea for us to know if the customer is active or not.

Option to generate/print Despatch Notes
We have invoices for inventory that we would be sending to some of our customers and they wouldn't want the invoice sent with the order / seen by their employees etc. It would be nice to be able to print a Despatch Note (basically the invoice without the amounts on it).

Ability to Charge time automatically
When using the timer to track time spent on a ticket you can obviously assign the correct labor rate to it accordingly or likewise charge it directly when updating the ticket.
However, we only bill in 30 minute increments so if we have spent 22 minutes on a ticket we want the system to automatically charge for a 30 minute period where as currently RS works out your time spent divided by your rate and then charges accordingly.
Is this possible please as currently I will be editing each invoice manually before sending to the customer.

Single Use / One-Time Use - UNIQUE Inventory Module - PARTS

This idea is really the “in between” of Inventory (parts you regularly keep in stock/track) and Logistics (parts that you special order on demand). It’s perfect for all the miscellaneous parts/accessories/components you have on hand (and want to sell), but never plan to keep a regular stock of. You want to have them in the RS system for sale, but you don’t want them mixed up with regular inventory you keep a steady stock of. link items so that when an item is rung in, it automatically adds a linked item such as Electronics Handling Fees as a separate line item.
When selling electronics its becomes difficult to remember which electronics handling fee is to be charged to the customer. Having it so that when you ring in an item that requires an electronics handling fee to be charged, it automatically adds the linked EHF. This concept is similar to how bottle deposit works, such as when a bottle of water is rung in at a store it automatically adds the required bottle deposit inventory item to the sale subsequently.

Integrate with todoist
We use todoist as a general office task management system, and I think it would be pretty slick to have repair shoppr populate new tickets on an "unassigned" project on todoist, and have our managers assign these tasks daily. That way, even people who don't use repair shoppr and just want to get a quick glance at who is doing what can quickly see how swamped/open our technicians are, and can move around other tasks accordingly.

Spiceworks integration
I would love to see you guys integrate with Spiceworks somehow. We use it for monitoring of our contract customers devices, but I would rather use you for my helpdesk/ticket system. We use there asset manager tool and network monitor tool.
It would be nice for a ticket to be created automatically if there is a critical error on an asset or a network device going offline.

allow same email to be on more than one account.
We have multiple customers (commercial, parents, et al) that utilize the same email. Without this ability, we cannot send documentation to our customers. Allow the same email. If you'd like, add a prompt to confirm the same email for checks and balances.

Add Birthday Marketing
Would love to be able to send promotional e-mails automatically to customers. During customer creation, have a field to enter in their birthday and on the month of their birthday they can have a special promotion available to only them. These types of things go a long way for small businesses.

When entering a new customer i would like the ability to be able to only enter the postcode for address information and this still show up on Google Maps.

Allow customisation of invoice line items
I would like to be able to change the fields shown for each line in estimates and invoices, so, for example, I can remove the Item field, add a line total (inc tax) field, etc. Just to allow us to make slightly nicer presented invoices for consumer customers who don't need to worry about ex tax prices.
