  1. Add Asset Owner Tracking

    In the UK, we need to have records of all electronic waste; so we need to keep track of serial numbers of everything that comes in, and that we dispose of. Since most of these things will be a result of uneconomical or unfixable repairs, we feel the ideal solution is to keep track of changes to the owner of serialised assets. At the moment though, while we can move assets from the customer, to us, to the recycler, those changes aren't tracked unless attached to tickets.Would it be possible to add a record of this?   2. Please add Date of Payment to the invoice list.

    At the moment I can see:
    INV Number, Name, Status, Payment taken, Reflective in xero, inv date created, description, amount and reference.
    I'd really like to be able to see the date the invoice was paid, for reconciling purposes.

  3. Stock Take needs to be more user friendly

    Fully integrated Repair Shopr this year and the Stock Take definately needs some changes. I inventory my entire small store and found it extremely frustrating to have to scroll all the way down the page to see if an item scanned. The recently searched item don't need to be there in my opinion. I want to see what is scanning rather than what was searched. Also, it would be nice to just scan the item once and enter the count. The manually search function with it's big ole numeric keypad is kind of silly.

  4. Add / View Items on ticket needs some help

    I would like to see a category drill down option on a tickets Add/View option like there is in the POS module or even on the inventory screen where you can select the category the items are in. Doing a product search doesn't always work when you have many items in inventory. I am not going to remember exactly how I put in over 100 items by name but will know what category to look in. It seems the search function is not that accurate and only brings up limited options.

  5. MATCH and SUGGEST existing Contacts based on SURNAME, NICKNAME or MISSPELLING

    We need a solution to all of the customers who have proper surnames that are wildly different from their nicknames or callnames. I don't know who the genius was that decided nicknames could be spelled completely different than the proper name; but they make me hate life sometimes. Here are some examples of SURNAME:NICKNAMES that are often COMPLETELY different than what we are trying to lookup:

    Bill:William
    Dick:Richard
    Jerry:Gerald
    Bob:Robert

  6. Schedule text messages for a later time and date

    Sometimes we work late and need to text a customer that the device is ready or remind them to pick something up. We don't want to text them @ midnight however we will forget it by the morning. It would be great to schedule it for a later time. In addition to this it would be great to setup auto texts if the ticket is in a certain state.   7. Ontraport Integration

    Could we please have some Ontraport integration? At first just synchronising contacts would be great, but you have a lot options for other types of integration. I know that you already use Marketr but that is much simpler than Ontraport and nowhere near as powerful.

  8. Automated Calls Integration

    I would love to see your guys integrate with Call-Em-All https://www.call-em-all.com

    They send pre-recorded calls and text messages on your behalf. I would like to see when we complete a repair, we can choose to have Call-Em-All to call the customer informing them their repair is ready to pick up. Additionally, customers could get a call an hour before their appt to confirm their appointment. It could be customized so many ways. They have a developer API for integration.

  9. Enable an SMS updates for secondary "Assigned" contact on a ticket

    When doing phone repairs, it seems fairly obvious that we won't be able to SMS updates to the owner (in most cases anyway)....

    So if Bob books in his phone and his wife Jane is set as the "Assigned Contact", why does the SMS field vanish from the Ticket Comment area?! Crazy! :P

    Please fix this so that SMS comments can be sent to "Assigned Contact".

  10. On recurring invoices, show the current tax status on the existing line items

    currently, when you add an item to the invoice template, you do not have a way of knowing if you added it taxable or not nor is there a way to change it. Small detail, but would be helpful.

  11. Add Tracking Number Field in Logistics (column)

    We are just getting set up in Repairshopr, and think it would be VERY handy to have a URL field / Text field for Tracking Number via shipping provider. It's great to be able to see that a part hasn't come in yet in the logistics section, but being able to then quickly track it on the same page would cut out several admin steps by our managers. I see another idea from a while ago that says this feature is available and was added, but I don't see it in Logistics.

  12. Automatically import a Toggl time

    There should be a way to automatically import a Toggle time into tickets as soon as the timer has been created. I find the biggest challenge with this is remembering to open the ticked and clicking the Toggl Import button. Otherwise the Toggle Timer App works great for on-site jobs!

  14. Multiple Tax Rates on Invoices due to State Taxation Laws

    Currently, it appears as though you can only have one tax rate on an invoice. This is a big inconvenience, as in Connecticut, labor and parts are taxed at a certain rate, where as "computer and data processing services", such as us billing for cloud backup and Exchange e-mail accounts, are taxed at a lower rate. It is a really big inconvenience for us to have to create separate invoices for this. It would be nice to have a default tax rate, but then be able to change the tax rate on particular line items if necessary.

    We are trying to move from kyozou which also runs our ecommerce website. When We added detailed descriptions to products they end up being printed on an invoice and one item can take up a full page of invoice. We need to be able to have:

    PID (product number or sku)
    221364

    Short description of an item to show on the invoice like this:
    "HP Compaq DC7900 PDC 2.5GHz 2GB 250GB DVDCDRW Desktop Win 7 Home Prem"

    Quantity

    Price

    Those are all fields we need to print on invoice.

    It sounds like many people are asking for a proper solution to this as it relates to ecommerce integrations.

    As soon as woocommerce 2.5 is released we’ll start work on improving the integration, and we’ll get this added somehow at that time.

    It’s probably a month from being live right now.

  17. We need a way to re-order worksheets as they are automatically added to the tickets

    We need a way to control what order worksheets are added in to the system. For example, we have a diagnosis, virus removal, final checks, and closeout worksheet that is added to virus removal jobs. But, when adding the sheets, the system will put diagnosis AFTER the virus removal sheets. This doesn't make sense. In the custom field editing page, please make it possible to assign an order of insertion for the worksheets.

  18. Allow multi-column worksheets.

    I suggest that if worksheets get over a certain length that they should be split into multiple columns on the page, especially if there are no other worksheets on the page. This could either be an automatic feature or perhaps an option that can be set when creating the worksheet or ticket. Currently the only option is to create multiple worksheets so that they will be in separate columns.

  19. Add "Last Quarter" to Sales Tax Report

    The sales tax report has several pre-populated drop downs. Unless I am not seeing it, "Last Quarter" isn't one of them. Since many of us report taxes after the quarter ends for the previous quarter, it would seem logical to have a drop down choice for Last Quarter.

  20. Opt-Out Check Box for E-mail Addresses

    We want to keep e-mail address as a required field when creating a new customer/creating a ticket,etc, as we feel that it may be missed when a technician is originally checking in the customer otherwise. It would be nice to have a check box for a person that does not want to give us their e-mail address. The check box would satisfy the "e-mail required" feature so that we would know that the person checking in the customer at least asked.
