Add sort-by-column to the payment reports.
On reports > payments, there is little or no sense to the list order, and no way to sort it. Also, there is no way to set a filter.

Allow for customised titles within the widget flow
Allow for customised titles. Not all of our jobs are repairs. We do standard equipment servicing too. Describing each job as an "Issue" isn't always correct when collecting details within a widget flow.

Allow consecutive appointments when using the calendar in the widget flow
When using the appointment booking system on its own there is option for consecutive appointments. When you use this as part of the widget flow this option is not available. Rather than appointments we are booking in items to be serviced. We don't want to allow customers to choose the exact time their item is serviced, just a service window (9am-1pm/1pm-5pm). By using consecutive appointments I can allow for 4 consecutive 240mins appointments within a 4 hour window (its a bit of a work around but it would work ok for us). Estimates marked as Draft - by default (feature request)
We've had a growing issue with our estimate building.
All our technicians have the capability to build estimates. Depending if they're doing a repair, or building a quote for a new PC build; they create estimates.
The issue I've been having however, is that customers have been able to 'see' these estimates while they're being built. O_o
Not all our customers are savvy, however, the ones that have been using our services for some time, know how to access their portal... and typically when we tell them an estimate is on it's way... they'll go to the portal and await…

allow resizing columns everywhere / utilize more screen real-estate.
I want to be able to see the whole contents of a cell by resizing or at the very least have a tooltip pop showing me the complete contents of the cell - EVERYWHERE.
A good example of this can be seen in Issue column of the Leads list. E-mails come in and I have to click into each one to see what the issue is rather than just being able to glance.

Allow SLA without Due Date - Response Time Only
It would be nice to be able to set a response time only without the Due Date requirement. This will help to enforce replies to customers without assuming you can fix the issue within a preset time.

Make it able to add individual notes for assets, inside ticket
I have a contract where we work on multiple devices at once.
For example, the customer comes by and drops off a stack of iPads for different repairs (cracked digitizers, broken off headphone jack, etc.)
While I can add all the items as assets, I can't individually mark the problem each one has in a quick and convenient manner.
Sure, I can get the serial number and manually type it out:
"iPad 4, Serial DMPL4KT773, Broken digitizer"
...but this seems cumbersome when I could just select the asset from a dropdown list (being that it's already added to the ticket)…

subscription plan discounts
We have a yearly subscription plan for our customers that we manage in RS. It needs to be discounted for many of our customers for the first 10 months and then the discount drops off. There is not way to do this currently in RS. So effectively businesses using RS can not utilize incentives/ discounts for customers.

Improve Big Chains
Big Chains are currently too much of a one shop, with separate locations of that shop. They don't provide enough flexibility to have each store run independently yet share the same databases.
1) Each location needs to have its own address, invoice templates we have banking info, some other locations may wish to call them a slightly different name, this would provide a high level of flexibility allowing for separate invoice templates.
2) Logistics could get very very very messy with part orders being done and visible from 15 - 20 stores, so having each location only able to view…

Improve Electronic Ordering
Your electronic ordering is great! I suggest you improve it so that it provides a more integrated approach. There should be two key new functions added.
1) Create a data feed subscription button. Any vendor that uses RepairShopr that is linked as per the process will have the option of publishing their data feed which would allow the user to create an new product and pre-fill most of the data (possibly the pictures too - this may be more difficult) including Name, Description, SKU, Condition, and Cost Price.

Easier data review
reviewing data/reports is cumbersome, would be nice to streamline the process or have the data more easily available.
ie: Month to Date Stats -> being able to click on job type or referral -> Seeing data for review ie: which customers...

Add a Multiselect custom field
As we speak, we can't create a custom field where multiple answers can be selected.
i.e. When a device comes in, we validate if every buttons are working on 3 different aspects
1. The button is there physically
2. The button clicks
3. The system responds logically to the buttonRight now the only way to do this, is to create 3 different "checkbox" custom fields for every button or other part needed, rather than just 1 field with a multiselect feature. This clogs our ticket page immensely.
A modified dropdown custom field could also work, if it allowed selections…

Allow different invoice templates by customer.
I have some clients that I do third party work for that require an invoice without my logo and business info on it. However I would like to be able to have my contact info and logo on all of my other invoices. It would be great to be able to choose from an invoice template, or designate a certain template to a certain customer.

Allow changing of quantity of bundles on estimates and invoices
We started using the new bundles feature to help keep track of inventory if we build a custom computer. However I noticed today that you are NOT able to change the quantity of the bundle line item.
As an example, I'm selling a client 20 computers, I can't put the bundle in once, and change the QTY to 20. Instead I need to put each one in as its own separate line item. This is not only a waste of time (having to add the same line item 20 times). But also gives my client a long, multi page invoice.

Add the function to exclude file types as ticket attachments
Please consider the ability to exclude file types added automatically as ticket attachments.
Some customer email footers contain numerous images (normally PNG files) adding no value to the ticket other than clutter.

Technician KPI dashboard
I would like to have a dashboard that provides feedback to technicians on an ongoing basis that shows tham how they are progressing with their KPI's.
In particular, I have set monthly service revenue targets for each technician and for the technical team overall to work to. This would need to exclude parts sales and other inventory sales.
If anyone can create custom dashboard widgets and custom reporting, I would be interested in engaging your services.

Parts orders: Add a comment in ticket for parts checkins
For parts orders, When you click on Check-in, a private note is added on the ticket to say that the item has been checked in.
