  2. Rework for a resolved ticket not showing initial/ issue on the intake form

    When opening a rework ticket for a resolved ticket we have noted that the initial/ issue is not being displayed on the intake form nor can we edit it.

    Basically, when our client's sign we would like them to see the issue(s) that they are signing for.

    If its a rework then we would like this section to reflect the "issue" described by the client when checking in the device.

    Could you please add this feature?

  3. offline cc transaction

    We sync RepairShopr with QB online. When we take a credit card we process it through QB which automatically marks the invoice or sales receipt as paid in QB. I have been unable to find a way to make it paid in RepairShopr without creating an extra payment in QB that I must delete or it creates a credit in the clients account. I have tried offlice CC, which was suggested by tech support, but I still end up recording the payment twice in QB. Any suggestions?

  4. Allow estimate emails to attach files from linked ticket

    Currently when creating an estimate from a ticket the two are linked. However when I then go to email that estimate to my customer any documents that have been attached to the ticket are not available to be attached to the estimate.

    Currently to have the document attached we must save the file attached to the ticket then attach it to the estimate and then send the email. Is there anyway to have documents that are attached to a ticket also be attached to any linked estimates?

  5. Have inventory search also search "Notes" session

    It would be nice if when you searched the inventory screen, it would also search the "Notes" field. I sometimes use that field for descriptions or Part Numbers that I don't want my customer to see but I still need to search by them.

  6. Vanilla widgets & custom CSS styles

    Frankly, whats the point in widget sitting inside a website that looks like it doesn't belong there and particularly is completely out of line with your type styles. Typography is probably the most important factor in your brand and useability of a website, especially considering the different screen sizes about.

    Widgets allow a custom html step, but this whole step cannot be used to inject inline css into the other steps.

    IDEALLY
    Widgets should be available as vanilla html and provide the ability to submit your own css styles.

    Please can you make the device repair widget more customisable?

    There needs to be a search field to filter customers with Kabuto and those that do not have. That way we can target marketing campaigns more to those that do not currently have the service.

  13. Editing Customer Details On Ticket

    The ability to edit customer details (especially mobile number and address) while creating or editing a ticket would be a great change. This would remove the need to leave the ticket, enter the customer database to update details, and return/refresh the ticket to continue - saving a great amount of time during intake.

  15. Improved Labor Rate handling

    I think a few changes in the handling of Rates would improve things.
    1- Labor Rates shouldn't be an Inventory item, it feels like a work around and it's just not scalable that way.
    2- Technicians shouldn't be seeing our costs for Labor Rates.
    3- Some other unnamed PSA's handle this using a calculation, when the tech enters time they enter a work roll and a type. Such as, Server Administration ($120/hr) times After Hrs (1.5 multiplier) = 180/hr. Or maybe the multiplier gives a discount. It can also account for hourly minimums. Very powerful and the tech doesn't have…

  16. Better reporting for Contracts

    Currently there doesn't seem to be any type of profitability report for full service contracts.
    For example. How many hours were put toward this contract in any particular month? This would help see how profitable a flat rate contract is.

  17. Need better handling of full service contracts

    A full service contract would include unlimited labor hours for a flat fee.
    Simply need to create the contract.
    Open tickets, choosing whether they apply to the contract or not. Add time to the tickets and close them. These closed tickets wouldn't be billable.

    Currently the only solution I see is to create a contract, then add override prices set to $0 for every labor rate. Then as we open and close tickets applied to this contract there are all these $0 tickets that need to be invoiced in order to clear them out of there. And they get sync'd…

  18. Stock Take Net Gain/Loss

    We need the stock take report to show not only the "loss" but also the "gain" of item QTY and $. This can either be a number indicating the gain (as only the "loss") is indicated, or it could be a net of the gain and loss in a stock take.

    At the bottom by the 1,2,3 pages section add a "10, 50, 100, 500, all" drop down to display customers on page. Have it remember last selected option. :)
