  1. Have Filles attached that you could access from any attached file area

    I would like to attach files that we send to customers a lot in repairshopr and be able to just pick them and send them from within repairshopr instead of having to upload files every time. SO upload them one time and when we need to send it to a customer pick add attachment and send it from the preattached files.

  2. Fix Window On Timer Screen on Mobile Phone

    Any way to fix this box to allow us to use it better on a phone? It drives my techs crazy...

    When you click to type and start typing on your phone the box goes off the screen for the notes and your just guessing if your typing correctly

    Also, you can't get to the options at the right of the window either.

  3. Customer Vouchers/Discounts

    Hey,
    We're running some competitions and we want to offer certain customers specific discounts.

    It would be great if you could add a voucher to a customer record with a unique code and an expiry date so it can redeemed on their next purchase.

    Nice feature to offer your loyal fans.
    I get that you can discount a specific product by % or amount.

  4. User Defined Reports

    A suggestion I have is to improve the reporting and have user defined reports. I’d like to be able to pick and choose different variables to pull from and export to CSV.

    Currently, for billing purposes, we would like to be able to make a report that shows.

  5. Remove (empty) for records that have no contact name

    having (empty) in customer records and calendar entries for appointments is a cosmetic faux pa. Can't we just have nothing there instead? so if a corporation is a big company and there is no specific name for a person we don't have things like Microsoft | (empty)

  6. Auto close tickets after payment is received

    Once invoice is created and payment is received, would be great to have a setting where the ticket is auto-resolved because payment has been taken. Speeds up work flow and reduces number of clicks.

  7. Location name in ticket list as a field

    Would be very helpful for multiple locations if there was a "Location" heading in the ticket view list. We have 5 locations and adding 2 more soon...would be extremely helpful from a quick dashboard view of tickets to see the location that it corresponds to.

  9. Being able to check for an average ticket sale, and have it broken down by day/month/year/location

    I want to know what our average ticket sale is, and would love to be able to know which technician has the highest ticket sales. This way I could offer incentives to my employees and it brings in more money. Anybody else agree?

  10. Enable User Setting for "Fullscreen Default"

    I know and love the fullscreen feature in Repairshopr and 99% of the time, I want it turned on across all my devices. I would rather have the ability to toggle a setting in my user settings to make fullscreen be the default and use the per-device toggle to turn it off if there ever is a reason to do so.

  11. Adding files to inventory product instances

    I suggest the idea of adding files and attachments to product inventory instances. For example, if I have a laptop in stock, I would like to attach Belarc advisor report, simple benchmark scores (I use Novabench) and SMART disk check report. This way, if a potential customer wants to buy something from me, I have a detailed information about the particular instance of the product and can provide it to them.

  12. Give the ability to hide the total amount a client has paid on Customer Detail - It's Tacky

    I love seeing how much a particular customer has paid (Total Invoiced). What's really tacky is not being able to hide that when you are pulling up the screen and the customer is present and can see the screen.

    There should be a way to toggle that on or off.

    While I agree the customer could run their own reports of how much they have paid if they use Quickbooks, having it always on is, as I said... Tacky.

  13. Ticket Type (custom fields) Required for the Custom Widget

    We would like the Ticket Type (custom fields) to have the option of being required for the custom widget page. So nothing is missed. When creating a custom widget the custom fields cannot be required. Could we make it so they are?

  14. dependent worksheet options

    i use worksheets to asess the condition of phones that come in to the shop. It is really quite cumbersome to scroll down past all the empty boxes in the event that the first option on the worksheet (does device power on ) is set to no. If we could set options as dependent of another then they could appear only if the requirement was met. For example:
    Device power on > Yes > further options pop up
    Device power on > no > Skips all options not nested under parent and goes straight to external condition options ( my…

  15. Estimates optional items

    Hello.
    In my industry very often we get items to be repaired which the customer only requires the service to be done but actually we can offer a valet and other optional items which will make the item to look like new again.
    At the moment we create the estimate with those items stating optional between brackets but if the customer decline those items then the customer needs to email us stating he doenst want the optional items or he only want one of the optional items and my team needs to edit and send the estimate again but if…

  17. Radio Frequency Identification Integration

    If RepairShopr integrated with RFID technology, it would enable all operations to track inventory quickly and automatically. Many of use RFID already in our cars / Id chip readers, but if we had the option to apply it to inventory like Walmart and Amazon do, we'd be able to track our products from intake to repairs, to shipment, and back automatically. I think this integration could have incredible potential for other repairshopr users, especially the refurbishers.

  19. Report for Top-Level categories

    Relatively simple - We'd ideally like a report (similar to the stock-valuation) that would spit-out the total-value of the stock items under the top-level categories - It is important for our accounting that we differentiate between, for example, labour and hardware.
