Format phone number when entering new customer
Simple UI enhancement, should be incredibly easy to implement.
When you enter a phone number on the "New Customer" page, it is just a bunch of numbers - hard to read. It looks like "5556923845".
It would be much better if it was formatted like this: "(555) 692-3845"

non filled fields - don't echo the variable name
Can you change RS to not print the variable / field name if its not found / filled?
eg. we have this echoed on estimate / invoice emails, if there is not associated ticket with a tech assigned -

Make lists drag-and-drop
For example, when you're adding "Ticket Issues" under Settings, they are added in the order that you add them. You can't drag them to the right order, you can only have them in the order in which they were entered. Please, please fix this.

It is very helpful in getting information like serial numbers that can be hard to see and find, and would be helpful to speed up the intake process for iOS devices.

Add Setting to Disable Alerts on Actions I Take
For example, if I am set to receive an email for hidden comments on a ticket that is assigned to me, I do not want to receive an email notification if I make a hidden comment on the ticket myself. If I'm leaving the comment, I am already aware that I left it. :-)

Quick Billable Time Entry
I would like to be able to pull up a customer and have access to a timer similar to the ticket timer for billing them for one-off time services. For example, a customer calls for advice and you end up talking to them for 30 minutes, I don't want to have to create a ticket or invoice or any of that, I would just like to be able to start a timer, assign a category and description and have that billable time entry thrown into the "shopping cart" just like the ticket timer does.

Bring back features that you got rid of in the recent update as well as add two step verification on quick pay
After your recent update you got rid of the ability to see if the customer has read the invoice email. We really need this back. When it comes to sending final notices and the customer denies that they ever received an email. On the old one we could see if they really have opened it. That's just a brief explanation of why we need that feature back. Also it would be nice if you added two step verification for quick pay. As in when you click on it a message comes up "Are you sure?" then yes or no.

Ticket notes should be in FORWARD chronological order, not REVERSE order. It's confusing for the customer and ME!
It's bizarre that the customer should have to start with the solution of the problem, and then read 2-3 comments on the invoice to determine they are in REVERSE Chronological order.
Seems like adding in an option to have the noted in proper order would be a simple fix.Thanks.

Inventory Import
Inventory Import from Daily Feeds Overwrites Stock Quantities for Serialized and Non-Serialized Products
We are using a dynamic feed form our suppliers to indicate what is available for order. This is importing daily into RepairShopr. We have sorted the mapping and all works well on the import BUT each time we do an import, the new import overwrites the quantity of both serialized and non-serialized products.
We need to know what stock we are carrying in store and we need to get the daily update to know the cost prices of products and to get new inventory in but if…16 votes -

Give a field in the inventory part GUI that allows you to put the company that makes the product.

On the Estimates, only show actual price
I would like to have the ability on estimates to get rid of the "Old Price" with the price slashed. We quote everything discounted off of list price and a lot of companies we sell do not advertise there list price. I feel this would help others as well.

Invoice due dates automatically update
Hi guys,
All my invoices are dated for the end of the month with NET 15 terms. It would be nice when I create an invoice, and change the invoice date, that it looks at the terms and automatically adjusts the due date. For example, this month each invoice has a date of 5/31 and after creating an invoice for one of my customers I have to then go change not only the invoice date, but the due date as well.

Mobile App: We need Estimates and Manual items
Without these two features, my techs have stopped using the app entirely and now bring laptops with them in the field. These features would be massive for us! I know we are unique... we do not have a storefront. We are six technicians in the field full time. Thank you for your consideration!!
1) Estimates. Be able to create, edit and convert into invoices.

Sell Store Credit as Inventory Item
I would like to start a residual program that allows people to pay monthly for AV/Monitoring with an Addon that accumulates store credit for hardware replacement.
At its core, i would like an inventory item that sells x dollars of store credit when it's sold. This would be part of the Re-occurring Invoices module. As each cycle completes the customer would get x dollars of additional store credit added to their account. When they had to make hardware purchases, like replace a machine, the store credit is there separate of the prepay hours to cover the cost of the machine.

Recurring ticket that creates a scheduled appointment with date selection.
example 2nd monday of every month 9am 2 hour duration. for recurring onsite appts. This would include same appointment owner and attendees etc. basically a clone.

Adjust "Column Size" within Inventory Tab
Perhaps I'm a little OCD but it would be great if we had the ability to adjust the column size within the Inventory Tab.
I will include a picture for my particular issue which is the "Name Column" Most of my products have long titles which results in a Inventory name thats 7-10 rows.
If a reverse the naming convention and use the "Description Column" I get 1 beautiful row. However this leaves me SOL when searching for a product and reports become useless.

Edit recurring tickets
Currently the only options to edit a recurring ticket is the scheduling. The actual ticket that is generated cant be changed.
Once you set up the ticket, and then make it recurring, there is nothing you can do to it. I would like to be able to change the "Issue Type", add or remove Worksheets, Have it create calendar appointments, Add on default charges and also have an option for recurring tickets not to trigger Marketr.3 votes -
Ability to use Marketr features without a paid invoice.
I think that users should have the ability to mark custom terms such as a resolved ticket's status to send an automated email without the need of having a paid invoice in the system. For example "Ticket Status = Resolved | Send Email 14 Days" as currently the ticket automation system and the Marketr system do not allow access to already resolved tickets. This would be great for people that already are running with different invoicing software that doesn't have proper integration with RepairShopr

Approval Email
When youuse approval for the email tag it should NOT make the estimate section green. Also when you get a reestimate that is not approved and you edit the approval the green section should not be green anymore
