This is a free tool that lets you instantly pull information from an iOS device without having to manually enter in the information yourself. It is very helpful in getting information like serial numbers that can be hard to see and find, and would be helpful to speed up the intake process for iOS devices.

    This would be tremendously valuable. Especially with IMEI numbers and confirming the exact phone we repaired if there are future queries
