Add automated ticket approval emails for certain customers
RepairShopr doesn't have an 'approved' or 'disapproved' status for Tickets like the 'accepted/declined' status for Estimates. For certain SLA customers we would like all tickets submitted by employees for a certain customer to automatically send an email to the main company contact to be approved or disapproved. The email would hopefully have a simple way for the person receiving the email to respond and automatically update the ticket as approved/disapproved.

Allow Price to be changed Mobile app
On the mobile app (IOS or Android) when adding items to the invoice it won't let you change the price of the item. For instance, I charge an hourly rate of $100, but if the client only goes 30 minutes then I need to be able to change my hour quantity to .5 for $50.

Mobile
When having a client digitally sign the invoice, it won't auto adjust correctly if you turn your phone sideways. The digital signature pad gets stuck and only shows the reset button. This bug is on iPhone 6s IOS 10.2.1.

Timing blast emails
Allow a time to be selected when choosing to blast an email at a later date.
This should be simple enough to implement and shouldn't negatively impact any of your customers experiences

Stale tickets
Is there a way to put a status on a ticket that does not get included in the stale tickets while in that status. We send away board level items to be soldered and they can take a week or more if parts are needed.

More customizable pages
Could you make the system more customizable geared toward our business. example: Ticket counts and invoices. Instead of just having the number have it like HCR-1 My business is Haire's Computer Repair, so I use HCR as abbreviation and on invoices that would be great and tickets as well plus whatever else maybe on estimates too perhaps. Just a thought I love this system and want to make it better. I wish I would have used it a little more a little sooner. Thank you!

As a sub-contractor working for multiple audio/video retailers, when they send me on an install or service call I sometimes up-sell the customer into new equipment. The retailer pays me a 15% commission of the net profit on the sale. I would like to be able to have RepairShopr figure the commission if I have input the retail and cost information about the equipment into inventory. As an example, I sell a Sony ES365 projector for retail of $10,000. The cost is $6,708. The retailer thus owes me $493 on the invoice I would like to have an easy way…

Returns
I'd love to be able to leave individual line item notes on each item entered in the return section - AND then be able to export it to look for item trends and vendor trends.

When sending emails, add a parameter to log in automatically.
When sending a ticket reminder email or any kind of email, you already know who the recipient is (e.g. if you did password reset you'd go based on email) so why not add a parameter to the url so that the tech gets logged in

Portal Users - Admin Check Box
There are a few feature suggestions for adding some extra granular permissions to portal users. While I would like that, it seems like it would be a fair amount of programming. There might be a simpler method (dev team can chime in here) that would appease everyone for the time being.
As I understand it, the only "contact" that has access to everything is the primary actual customer. That's all well and good, but we also need additional contacts to have that access. Adding an "admin" checkbox in the sub-contact (or portal user) attributes that would give that user access…

Ability to change how payments attach to invoices
I would like to propose a fix when processing payments when there are multiple invoices open for a customer.
In RepairShopr when there are multiple invoices open the payment automatically applies to the most recent invoice. However, It should apply it to the oldest so that late fees aren't generated through the older invoices. This would ensure that whenever a customer makes a payment the invoice with the closest upcoming payment deadline is taken care of first, rather than defaulting to the most recent invoice. This way customers aren't accidentally charged late fees when they have in fact made a…

Autoprintr in iOS app
It would be great if Autoprintr was useable in the iOS app, so we can print the intake forms direct after signature.

Wholesale Gadget Parts Integration (this REALLY needs to be looked at)
Wholesale Gadget Parts is a fantastic supplier that offers a lot in the way of parts and customer service. We know they have a small integration with RepairShopr already, but we would REALLY love to see RepairShopr expand on this. We have a personal account rep appointed to our company that has reached out to us multiple times on having an IT staff that is ready and willing to implement full access to their systems when it comes to inventory, parts ordering / purchase orders, RMA's etc.
1) No more needing to change hundreds of inventory prices manually because there…

Appointment change log or history
I would like to see a user/timestamped change log for appointments preferably attached to the customer for easy recognition. This could be implemented into the existing communications tab, or a new separate one if need be.
My reasoning behind this is to track changes made to appointments (ex: multiple reschedules, intentional/unintentional deletions by users, and modifications made).
Presently all we have to go on is the initial appointment email in the communication log. If the appointment was changed and no email sent there is no log of the change and if it was deleted it just disappears from the calendar…10 votes -

RTL and arabic support in receipts and labels
Hello, i noticed that when i print a receipt or a label that includes any arabic letters it is not readable, the direction is wrong and the characters are all over the place, sometimes i need to write in arabic, it would be very helpful to do this instead of me writing by hand or using another software :(
Thank you

Capability to be able to void invoices created in error is definitely a must.
Even though we sync with Xero instead of Quickbooks we are still having the same issues with our accounting software Xero. We definitely need the capability to be able to "Void" invoices.
