Add an option to set the "low inventory" emails for particular set of items instead of the full inventory.

Widget flow customer referral by normal predetermined drop down selection
Allow Customers to add how they where referred in Widget flow the proper
way by drop down selection , like if you where to create the customer yourself and choose pre determined choices. Currently it is annoying because all of our customers enter information from kiosk ipad and we can not keep accurate data of how the where referred !!7 votes -
Resale
There might be a current way to do this already, or maybe I just need a different system to use just for this idea, but keep using RepairShopr for inventory and everything I am now. :)
My idea, I sometimes sell devices for friends and family, I take like $20 of the sale and they get the rest. I still enter the devices under a "used devices" category in my inventory, track the IMEI and all so that the invoice for the buyer looks nice, and I can still give a 30 day warranty no problem.

Specifying comments to show up on a PDF
It would be better to show up just a specific ticket comments on Ticket PDF.
3 comments are enough to show on a PDF such as
-customer problem definition-{{ticket_subject}},
-technician diagnose (the real problem),
-things done to solve the problem

Response emails / Messages to Invoices / Estimates
So we're having lots of issues tracking certain types of communication in RS...
The issue is, when a client responds to an invoice / estimate... there's is little record of that reply. (-_-)/
Sure, it can be found within the invoice / estimate space. But that's not very helpful. We have sometimes several estimates / invoices going out for on client, and sometimes within one ticket. . . thus trying to keep track of all the communication spread about is near impossible with the way it is set up now.

Time clock in the apps
Add time clock to the phone app. Sometimes the one on the website doesn't clock Out to Lunch and we are not always in the office or can't use a computer to do so when onsite at someone else's business.

Add "By Week" to the list of reporting options in the Period drop down list.
Within the reports the Period options is missing "By Week". Just need some more resolution options rather than "Last Week" or "This Week" or Month or Year.

Resolved vs In progress Pending Charges
We have customers that we work with on a regular basis and I like the idea of a recurring invoice automatically adding pending charges to an invoice.
The problem is, I hate to add charges to an invoice if the job isn't done.
In other words, I would like to see the ability to add pending charges to a recurring invoice from tickets that are resolved. That way, my customers are getting invoices regularly only for the jobs that are complete.

Remove 5000 Limit on inventory quantity.
We stock several small items like washers and zip ties and the 5,000 limit is preventing us from showing our actual inventory level. Can this be a simple fix? I assume no one has ever needed this since I cannot find a single instance of it when searching. Please bump it to 10,000 if able. Thank You

Quick Print Asset Lable
We can quick print ticket receipt, customer labels, etc right after ticket creation. It would be nice if we could quick print an asset label too for those assets with multiple accessories. Print>Asset Label

Inventory
Inventory is a pain. I have to go through pages of products, old and new, to find a single item. Updating things like our MSP offerings requires multiple windows and a new search each time.
How about a directory tree that breaks down items by category? Simple. Easy. Clean.

Displaying ticket number as well as name and job status would be really helpful.

Adding Inventory during invoice stage
Im using another system for quotes on bigger jobs. They have a feature which is very useful and I feel could be highly regarded in Repairshopr.
During the invoicing stage of a job we sometimes find that we have new parts that may have not been entered into inventory just yet. As opposed to entering a manual item, we would like a way to enter items into inventory without taking the user out of the invoicing workspace.
A pop up window to 'Create new item' would be ideal.6 votes -
Show item photo in inventory list view
Its great that photo's can be added to items in inventory however it would be nice to have the first photo or option to select "main photo" which would display has a thumbnail in the list.
This would make it much easier to find items, especially for new staff.

ticket status on part status page
Our technical department always ordering spare part, but commercial department and logistic department always looking ticket status before take action into. can we request one more column on part status page as ticket status.so they can proceed to order for some specific status tickets only.

Log phone calls on Android
So this feature already seems to exist when using a Free PBX system, but in my case I use a secondary Android phone for by business, and it would be great for the RepairShopr app to log which customer called me and log the time/date.

compiled invoices
Sending a statement to our clients is great. However, some of our clients have requested a compiled invoice statement which will break down all of the charges for the month. Example

10 iphone 5S LCD - $xxx.xxThis would allow them to see what they are paying for a lot easier than matching invoices with statements.

Zone Pricing
Having the ability to set a different price based on our different locations. Example, a price for a repair in New York City would be different than a location in a small mid-west town. Being able to use a formula or percentage to make the change would be great. Having a manual override option would be sufficient too.
This is a make or break option for us whether we use RepairShopr POS system long term.6 votes -
Tie invoice number to ticket(s) when batch invoicing
Right now there is no way to cross-reference an invoice when adding charges from a cart (open tickets) using the batch invoice feature.
