Give the ability to print returns.
The person who handles returns for me isn't a technician. I envision a workflow where the technician creates the Return with all relevant details. Then prints a tag (this is the feature that is currently missing), then puts the item in the RMA cue all labeled and ready for my RMA person to take care of and move it along through the RMA process.

fix the search bar to most recent ticket when typing customer name
When you type a customer name in the search bar it gives a random assortment of tickets, invoices, and estimates in random order. It would be helpful if the most recently created tickets for that customer appears.

Recurring invoice / contract, option to create invoice 30 days before?
We have a lot of recurring invoices set up. Many are monthly recurring charges, but we have a fair amount of annual charges. It would be really nice to have an option to generate the invoice 30 days before the contract is set to renew. As it stand now, the invoice (if set for annual) generates on the anniversary date, when technically the invoice is due. We'll then need to wait 30 days for the client to pay, which is actually a month past due. This also goes for Quarterly and bi annual billings.

Warranty expiration notifications
Currently Marketr allows customers to be emailed when a warranty expires, based on an advanced search list. This is great but there isnt a way to have tech notified of this.
This could be done 2 ways,
simply would be to add the ability to CC a marketr campaign to a tech email.The other way would be to have the warranty expiration create a ticket or email.
It would need to be per warranty type. Like the Anti Virus (or other subscription) expiration would be handy, but a stick of RAM I wouldn't care about.

See Recurring Tickets appear as an Appointment in Calendar
We have several technicians in our company all of whom fields calls and set appointments throughout the day. We use the Calendar as to not double-book a technician for a given time/day. It would be good to have the recurring tickets to also have a recurring appointment on the calendar to eliminate confusion. Appreciated much!

Would it be possible to create different calendars for each technician and then, all technicians can access to move and arrange appointments.
i.e Our reception runs three peoples calendars but can not choose to see one at a time so is very confusing.

Updating Prices when cloning Estimates
When cloning the estimate on the screen where it asks what customer to clone to we would like 2 options (with current setup)
1.) a check box to have it update to current pricing
2.) Follow-up check boxes to base it off Retail or Wholesale Pricing (or more if the additional pricing its programmed in off of other feedback posts)The reason for this especially in Computers is the fact that pricing changes weekly or even biweekly (memory for instance). Add 'Description' Field to Purchase Orders
From the Purchase Order list screen, you see a list of your purchase orders but there is no way to tell which one is for particular items without opening them to look. This is time consuming. It could be resolved with the addition of a simple 'Description' (optional) field, which would show up on the Purchase Order list. For example, Description = USB Drives, Optical Mice or whatever. Then when the items arrive, it's easy to see which PO we need to open to receive them into inventory.

Customizable phone type
Hello!
It'd be great to have one of the drop down phone types be customizable (like mobile, home, custom... [enter]) --this way people could discern between named members of a family, noting temporary numbers, and other specifics without having to refer to ticket notes (or guessing and hoping).

Module for managing Antivirus Subscriptions
At my shop we sell antivirus subscriptions. Now I know that repairshopr has features like recurring invoices, contracts, and recurring tickets that can deal with this. However as a growing small business what I hve started to notice is that as the business grows and as more customers begin to accumulate the less manageable it is becoming. can you try to better match your payment methods with QuickBooks payment methods? For example, instead of your Credit Card, add Visa, Mastercard and American Express so they can be linked to the corresponding in QB. It would provide more accuracy for accounting. Create a Phone.com API Integration
We use a cloud based phone system called phone.com. It'e been very affordable for us. They have a very complete JSON based API and I know you guys could add this in two seconds! Their API covers the full call interaction between the call coming in, being answered, and the call ending. They can do that for outbound calls too. There is also the ability to send and receive text messages through the API.

Create recurring invoices ONLY if there is an amount due.

Contract hour tracking
Need a separate time tracker for contract-based hours, similar to pre-pay hours in customer's details.
For example, our contracts include an xx amount of remote and on-site hrs on monthly basis. I created Line Items called Monthly Remote and Monthly On-site to assign them within the contract page, and to track them within tickets. So if the customer has 10 remote and 3 on-site hrs, how do I go about tracking usage for both on the customer's details page? The only workaround I found was to go through each invoice per ticket, and manually calculate time used per line item…

Allow Pre-Paid hours to go into Negative
Allow Pre-Paid hours to go into Negative mode. When we sell Pre-paid blocks of hours, and ticket work time gets applied towards it, sometimes the work time is longer than the client has available. Currently, the account will show the balance of 0, but we need it to go into whatever negative time they went to (-2.5, etc), so we can bill for it accordingly.

Add mobile number in widgets
On the customer detail page in a widget, could you add either an extra box to add a mobile? You could state, if you would like to be contacted by SMS add your mobile here.
Or change the phone number in the contact page to be a mobile number able to accept SMS or, be dynamic and know when a mobile is entered and assign it as a mobile on the customers profile page.

Allow KEYWORD SEARCH and show LOCATION in Estimates the same as Invoices
Need to be able to search for keywords or line item names in Estimates the same way as Invoices. Right now Estimates list the item DESCRIPTION instead of the item SHORTNAME. Also, it would be nice to have a "Location" column. And for whatever reason, Estimates have a "User" column whereas Invoices do not. Really, both of these modules should function similar to one another...

estimate notification of email response
it would be very helpful if a notification similar to the leads button would be available for the estimates email responses. presently we have no way of knowing that someone has responded or sent an email for an estimate without looking/searching
