  1. Mobile Compatible Appointment Sliders

    The sliders on the Ticket Appointment section are far from mobile compatible. Updating to something that can be easy to do in say mobile Safari would be great.
    I use an iPad Pro with the full website for many onsite service calls. And creating a new appointment is aggravating playing with the slider to get at appropriate time.

  2. Add notifications for incoming communications.

    When adding a manual entry to the communications log, for instance a phone
    call, visit etc, there does not seem to be any way to send this to slack
    using the notifications?
    Is it possible to add this please?
    I'd like everyone to see there is a notification in the slack room.

  5. Allow "CLASSES" on single accounts

    We want to track the "new business" in QB's separately from our existing/core clientele. We thought the "Class" would be perfect, but it doesn't make sense for us to pay for the "Big Chain" account, as we only have the one location, but that doesn't mean we don't have a need for this feature.

  6. Inventory!

    <3 you. I'd love to be able to assign different item prices for different distributors. Since we get some screens from china, and some from domestic distributors. so i might have some iphone 5 screens that cost us $11, and some that cost us $15. When making POs, invoices, etc, I'd like to know for sure which costing screen went into it (the phone, the PO) without having to make 12 different inventory items. #thelittlethings

  8. Add a feature to use a bar code to scan for punch in / out time card

  9. customer sort

    I would like to know if you can add sort by customer first name on the website. All I can find is ticket sorting. On the app you have it sorted by first name and listed by first name.

  10. I would like to see the Mobile App have a Employee Clock in and Clock out feature.

    My techs take company vehicles home. Having them clocking in via the app would save wear and tear not to mention gas on equipment, not having to have techs have to drive all the way back to the shop just to clock in.

  11. Late Fee ENHANCEMENTS to indicate Payment Terms

    1. Can Late Fees be upgraded to adjust the QTY to how many times the late fee has incurred (ie. If it's a once per month charge and it's three months past due it would be QTY 3). Then, just leave the RATE field as-is for the late charge on the invoice.

    2. Can you make the late fee's description on invoices read out the way we have it listed in Payment Terms? So instead of it just saying "Late Fee" with no explanation, it would say something like "Late Fee: $5…

  13. General notepad/to-do list on the home page.

    I would really like to have an notepad for taking general notes and creating to-do lists, which is not assigned to a customer and without any due date. Just a place where I, as admin, can jot things down and delete them at will. Preferably it can be placed on the home page, right after or before the Reminders list.

  14. make - (empty) dissapear completely if there is no first and last names

    I know that on the invoice template etc you can tidy it up with {{customerbusinessnameorcustomerfullname}} but everywhere else it looks messy and it annoys the crap out of me.

    If you have a customer with a first and last name and no business it doesn't say "First Last - empty" so I think for businesses that don't have a specific rep / owner that the same thing should happen where the word (empty) just doesn't appear at all!

    We would like the ability to convert ticket charges into assignments that technicians can checkoff as completed appropriately, essentially signed by the specific tech such as noted on custom worksheets created.

  17. Inovice Aging Historical Report

    It would be very helpful if this report could also be historical and not just at the time of request ie at the end of a month 28/2/17. This way an accountant could look at the report during March 17 (or later) and know what the balance was at that date. It is a critical report in terms of reconciling Sales/Debtors at month end.

  18. Contract override pricing

    We are using the contract override feature and it works great. With one customer though we have them set at a higher rate than standard, but it displays as discounts as per contract. Any way to edit this template wording

  19. Enable QuickBooks Online Message to Customers

    There should be a way to allow Repairshopr to modify the "Message to Customers" field on QBO invoices so that you can input bank details or other nformation as needed.

  20. Have a set stock location column in the inventory list.

    Instead of having to go into the item and setting our own physical stock locations that are not visible, it would be amazing to have a column in the direct inventory that listed a stock bin location for every part. Also, if I set a physical location for the part, it sets it for all stores (locations). Our warehouse and our store cannot keep all parts in the same labeled bins as each other. This REALLY helps our CSR/Brand Reps know the location of parts and allows them to locate the parts without asking if needed.
