  1. Calendar hard to use on smart phone or tablet.

    So let say you want to create a calendar appointment in RR, Well that little slider that you select your time you know the one that you move left or right.

    Well it is a pain to try to move it when on an android or IOS device.

    And with pop up keyboards it make it hard to manually enter it in the text area because the popup date selector thing gets in the way. This should be improved. On a desktop it is fine but not on a mobile device.

  2. tracking damaged inventory items and RMA Rejected

    Is there a way to pull a monthly report of the items that have been listed as damaged or RMA rejected. There is no way I can find to track the inventory items damaged and rejected with a $$ amount so we know what to write off each month as damaged.When you pull an item in the returns manager and select "damaged" it just goes to a list...no report to be found. We also track damaged items by location and by technician so we know if/when there is a problem

  3. Improve Watchman Asset Integration

    1. Linking Customers to Watchman Assets: I'm not sure how this works for individuals, but some of mine are linked and some are not. Please provide insight to this process.

    2. Quickly identify a Watchman subscriber on Customer profile: I currently have a "Ticket Issue Type" for Watchman computers to identify our subscribers in the ticket list, but it would also be nice to be able to flag a Customer somehow if they are a subscriber (and the Watchman Asset is properly linked).   4. Sub Headings / Sub totals for estimate/invoices

    Had a look through the ideas, didn't see anything strictly what i am looking for. We are doing some big estimates (multiple pages) would be nice to be able to group certain products i.e.. (Audio components, Cabling, Hardware etc) also with sub total for each group.

    Ive tried to manually add a sub heading and it has $ figures on the same line which doesn't read well.

    This is more ideal for businesses that do Repair / Service / Upgrades

  5. Add line item to invoice subtotal area reflecting total discount.

    Currently the invoice display the original and discounted amount per line item. It would be nice to have the total discount (total discount of all line items) reflected in the subtotal and total area at the bottom of the invoice.

  9. Can we make it simple to add a "serialized" product to an already serialized item?

    without the need of going through "Purhcase Order" quantity update?
    If I have 3 phones all exactly the same, and I serialize them, if I get a fourth phone, the same as the other three, I want to be able to simply add it to the "serialized" list of items. Instead, when I try to do that, there is no option to aggregate another device. Once you serialize an item for the first time, you cannot add anything to it.

  10. Link the 3rd Party Part Order to the ticket

    Link the 3rd Party Part Order to the ticket and have it show on the ticket that its pending/in transit/arrived - So that we can keep track of what has been ordered vs going back to the logistic panel to find out.

    Also make it auto update the ticket to the status for waiting for part ect.

  12. Add Line Items to the ticket page, instead of estimate, this is find will save time for both customer and staff

    since you are rolling out IOS and Android apps, Air print seems like a good logical step. Being able to print ticket labels from the field and in the shop from our mobile RS devices would be a help.

  18. Automated emails

    I set the status to "waiting for pickup". I wanted to automate this status as an email to our customers so I configured it to do so. Typically we email or call on MWF. Since that option was not available, I though the surly this would email once a day. Nope, every hour. What a nightmare. It would be very helpful to automate emails based on status and time. This automation is why we chose repair shopr, unfortunately, it doesn't do what it was explained to me it would do.

  20. Allow sending marketr emails to Contacts

    The bulk of our customers are offices with multiple employees (contacts). The main use for our Marketr emails would be newsletter-style blasts monthly that should go to the staff (contacts). Currently this isn't possible. If you could have a checkbox that says "[ ] Include Contacts", then this would be possible.
