mark customer as a subcontract so invoice can be directed to different company

I think this feature needs to be both on demand (for an insurance claim) and also per customer. I do a significant percentage of work as a subcontactor for other companies. I'd like to keep my tickets tied to the actual customer name, but I don't want that customer to see the invoice (or labor rate that I'm charging).
Which makes me realize...when invoicing an insurance company, I would want the client to see the invoice and realize what the cost is that they aren't directly responsible for. But as…

Reorder "Email Rules"
Can we have a way to reorder the Email Rules? Small issue, but right now they only stay in the original order that we enter them, so domain names are all over the place, we have to search to see where they are in the list instead of them being organized alphabetically for instance.

Articles for check-in with labels
During the checkin process have a section or even a "Custom Field" that enables you to add specific items that the customer is checking in with their computer. This list should be able to dynamically expand but just adding another line. Upon checking in the computer a label for each item in the "Articles for Check-in" area should print.
This way every item that a customer leaves with you can be labeled and tracked. For instance a laptop charger, USB dongle (mouse or wifi), bag or carrying case, external hard drive, etc.

Add tax rate in reoccurring billing
Currently in reoccurring billing there is no way to change the tax rate. You can only have it be taxable or not taxable. We bill our customer quarterly for Exchange services that we resell. Unfortunately we cannot use reoccurring billing since it needs to be taxed at a different rate. I do this quarterly but it takes about 4 hours to do this. Having reoccurring billing would cut this down to about 10 minutes,.

Customers and Assets - ability to color code or add icons
Would be great if we could add icons to customers and assets. This could be used many ways. Here's one that illustrates it well.
A customer calls in. They say they're from XYZ Corp. I start to create a ticket and as the customer comes up I see a couple badges that show they are an RMM customer and that that they have a certain type of agreement. As I add the asset, I should be able to see icons telling me if that specific device is on the RMM. These could be custom fields on the customer and asset…

Inventory Aging: Location Filter and Category Column
The Inventory Aging reports are good but seem to be missing a location filter so I can see what hasn't sold where and they do not have a category column for me to organize by section. Would love for these to be added to the feature. It would be super helpful.

Allow upper limit on auto-charging card on file
Allow for an upper limit on what can be auto-charged to credit card on file.
Example: Customer says we can auto-charge their card for their monthly service agreement so long as it is under $1000. To accommodate that, we have to proactively view all the misc charges to make sure it won't exceed that. If it does, we have to either email them prior to it going out and give them an approx cost, or pause the recurring schedule.
This is another situation where having invoices created as drafts would be super helpful (and I'd prefer to see that done…

Make customer automation
It would be nice to trigger events on specific customer tasks. i.e. When a customer signs up for our monthly service subscription. Trigger welcome email, change their customer type, etc...

Print individual labels in PO
When an item is checked in via PO we would like a button to print only that specific label. Currently before the item is checked in there is a green receive and yellow return button. After the item is checked in the green button should change to a different color and labeled Print Label
We have vendors that ship the same PO from 5 different warehouses so its gets annoying finding the label page #'s every time just to print one items label. This should be a quick and easy fix that will save us a good amount of time.

Allowing products to be in multiple catagories
It would be helpful if products were able to be listed in multiple categories as many of our parts and accessories are compatible with several handsets.

Parts order email to vendor button
e really need a button that allows us to email our parts orders from the parts page. We dont often do stock orders ( although we do sometimes) and vast majority of our spare parts required are from a repair request - hence we need an email to supplier or vendor button ! I know you are doing well with the url option but its only half the job ! Is it difficult to put a button in ? Since Stripe is integrated for receiving payments, we should be able to issue refunds the same way.

could we have a column added to the "Products List" page to show the location of the product?
This would save my guys having to go into every product to see where it is located in our workshop.
