General notepad/to-do list on the home page.
I would really like to have an notepad for taking general notes and creating to-do lists, which is not assigned to a customer and without any due date. Just a place where I, as admin, can jot things down and delete them at will. Preferably it can be placed on the home page, right after or before the Reminders list.

THIS WOULD BE PERFECT. I need a space where I can jot down all my tasks that need to be done that is not related to any tickets assigned to me. Instead of creating tickets for each and every task to be done I can just add it to a "to-do list" on the home screen and delete or complete it once I am done.

Perhaps this can be a feature added to the current reminder list. When creating a new note, the user can get presented with a choice of creating an reminder, note, or to-do list. Then perhaps assigning these items to a customer or due date can be optional.
