An error occurred while saving the comment John Choate commentedIt looks like this was marked as "Planned" in November 2015. Is this still "Planned"?

An error occurred while saving the comment John Choate commentedI too would like to be able to print customer address labels from repairshopr for the purpose of sending snail mail. I currently copy the customer's address into a custom 3"x1" page in libreoffice, which is easy but it takes a couple of extra steps. It would be handy to have "PDF" and "Print" buttons on the customer pages, like those on the ticket pages. Both would list "Customer Label" (as is current) and "Address Label".
Bulk printing of labels from the customer list would be nice too, with the ability of selecting which customers to print labels for. -

Another option is to go to the Forms tab and edit the quantity before adding an item manually. But sometimes customers change their mind during checkout, and go "oh wait... I'd better get two more of those..." after you have entered the item. It would be good to be able to edit the quantities after adding the items. -

An error occurred while saving the comment John Choate commentedActually, the Google Drive printer is listed as "Save to Google Docs", not "Google Drive", as I said in my previous comment.
An error occurred while saving the comment John Choate commentedWe can use Google Drive for some things right now, if we use Google Cloud Print. With GCP enabled, we get "Google Drive" as one of the available printers. Then we can set the automatic print jobs to send copies to the Google Drive "printer", if we wish. I have mine set to automatically upload 1 copy of each invoice to Google Drive whenever an invoice is created. Then, whenever I log into my google drive, I move any invoices into my "Invoices" folder.
I would love it if we could link the google drive and set a subdirectory, such as "Invoices", for the auto upload of each document type that we define for printing. -

An error occurred while saving the comment John Choate commentedAfter my PC repair shop opens later this year, I would like to be able to rent out equipment and would love to see a rental module in RepairShopr. It be useful for customers to be able to rent a laptop or other device while theirs is in for repair. I am also thinking about renting out action cams to bicyclists, hikers, divers and commercial/sport-fisher folk for day-use as well. Would love to capture ID and credit card numbers along with option for taking a deposit (without having to also add Deposit from inventory).

An error occurred while saving the comment John Choate commentedPerhaps this can be a feature added to the current reminder list. When creating a new note, the user can get presented with a choice of creating an reminder, note, or to-do list. Then perhaps assigning these items to a customer or due date can be optional.

We do plan to do this eventually, it is pretty far down our list at the moment. Maybe if it gets closer to 50 votes it could happen in a few months.
Keep voting!

I'm giving this old thread a bump. I was just adding tempered glass screen protectors to inventory and have some which are for multiple phone models. It would be great to be able to assign the one inventory item to the specific categories. Right now I have all screen protectors in category 'iPhone (All)' and would love to put the 7/8 protectors into both 'iPhone 7' and 'iPhone 8', etc.
