Appointment change log or history
I would like to see a user/timestamped change log for appointments preferably attached to the customer for easy recognition. This could be implemented into the existing communications tab, or a new separate one if need be.
My reasoning behind this is to track changes made to appointments (ex: multiple reschedules, intentional/unintentional deletions by users, and modifications made).
Presently all we have to go on is the initial appointment email in the communication log. If the appointment was changed and no email sent there is no log of the change and if it was deleted it just disappears from the calendar with nothing on who or why it was deleted unless notes were made in the ticket. A simple appointment created by:, appointment modified by:, appointment removed by: with timestamps in the communication log would suffice. This would create a "paper trail" in case problems arise on our end or "he said/she said" with the customer (ex. joe smith called and rescheduled/canceled that visit on ##/##/#### and talked to our tech Lisa Jones). Just trying to keep everyone honest.

We not only schedule appointments for techs via a ticket, but we also add in appointments for delivery's, or meetings. Its very frustrating to absolutely know you had made an appointment, or set it for a certain time, and then it is removed or changed. You start to think your going a little bit crazy, swearing up and down that you had done this. It would be very much appreciated if a time log could be created for this. Something similar that shows up with serial number tracking.

I see this has been on here for over 2 years. Not sure why it isn't more of a priority but it is SO important in field services. PLEASE consider moving this up the priority list!
