Disable customer replies on invoices
Is it possible to disable customers replying to invoice emails? For instance, I invoice a customer and then they reply to it, instead of it showing as an unread reply on the invoice screen, it creates a new lead?

Show scheduled appointments for each Client on the Ticket Summary page
It would be very useful on the Ticket Summary Page to show any scheduled appointments for each Client. this could be simply an additional column with the appointment date.

Created purchase order numbers don't make sense!!!
when i create a purchase order, it creates a a purchase order number with the name and date which is almost always too long for Quickbooks thus creating an error syncing, why can we not have just a starting purchase order number and each one i create increases by one no matter who the vendor is...

Confirm before post
Please have the app confirm before posting to the public or private comments giving you yet a second opportunity to back out more at it. Sometimes when typing on your keyboard whether you do it fast or slow you can very easily slip up and post before you're done or accidentally posting publically when intended to be done private. It would also be greatly appreciate it if when you tap in the box to type if the screen would adjust so that you could see what you were typing even if it is a pop out window so you can…

link estimate to existing ticket
if you have created a ticket first, and an estimate later. Could you make it so that we can link the estimate to the ticket.
Currently you can create an estimate, and convert to a ticket, but it would be helpful to do that both ways round

Customization
It would be awesome if I could create a back up of my repair shop or set up so that I may be able to possibly start a new one tweak it see if it works better and if not start over from my back up if this is possible I have no idea how. Also would be nice if I could hire somebody from RS to do a set up or customization

A daily revenue summary.
Gross revenue, minus product cost, minus labor cost based on time clock reports, minus sale tax. I would think this would be an easy report to generate.

Allow the capture of a picture for asset tags management
Allowing the asset tag option to be able to access the camera so instead of hunting down and entering these long numbers, a simple picture would show all this information.

Construct a flow chart for specific processes
Construction of flow charts to see all the options during a specific process (like a ticket to invoice) this way it would be easy to see your choices available instead of having to learn what all the buttons do and what options you have when.

Make email popup box adjustable
It would be great if the pop ups for emails was adjustable in size. Having to scroll back through what I am writing can be a bit tedious.

Allow a short description of files attached
For example, if replacing a card reader. I would like to take photos of the old and new serial number, and when uploading those photos to repairshopr, add a description to the photo e.g old card reader and new card reader on each respective photo. So I'd know which was which later when reviewing the job

Employee Wage Compared to Profitability
Hi,
We just switched over to this system. So far I really like it, but I would love to compare employee salary vs their net profitability. Right now, I have to figure out how much they make per hour and multiply that by the hours worked and then compare that to how much their net profit is. It's just a lot of work, and other systems I've used have done that for me. It'd be a big help if something like this could be implemented. Hope this makes sense.

Colour code feature request
Colour code feature request when looking in customer details, all the tabs are grey and its not quick and easy to find invoices etc, possible to colour code the tabs for efficiency

You add a Tablet Mode to the POS System
This would makes everything larger, while the item selection is an OK size for touch screen, the area where it shows total cost, and items is "WAY" to small. Especially the ability to delete single items, even with a mouse I have to click multiple times before it actually catches it. And I am working on a 30 inch screen LOL with it zoomed to look almost like a tablet mode. Parts Order - Ticket Search Improvement
When ordering a new part that is associated with a customer ticket, you have to use the drop down list to find the ticket. This gets very time consuming as we grow our service work and now have to scroll through all the tickets to find what we are looking for. It would be nice to either have a workflow or Aciton out of the ticket to automatically associate the ticket to the parts New Item, or it would be nice for the tickets field to be searchable like other things in RepairShopr are. Private notes are visible on invoice page
So when we scroll down on an invoice to have clients sign, the private comments for the related ticket show up. This is not something that should be in view of the client and the repairshopr app doesn't have the ability to sign on invoices at all, just on payments.
Would really like this changed as with paperless processing we want a clear divide between client viewable pages and tech info pages.
Basically just make "Do not include the Ticket details on the Invoice PDF" apply to the invoice page itself.

Attachment Comments / Captions
Just uploading some attachments to a job ticket and i was thinking wouldn't it be useful if we can add some notes to the attachment itself. Either comments or as a caption perhaps.

Allow users to set default 'Ticket Update' status
I know this is probably a small suggestion considering some of the other suggestions here, but I think it would be helpful if it were possible to change the default 'Ticket Update' status so it is not stuck on 'Diagnosis' each time I want to send a ticket update.
I understand that the current idea is that it stays at 'Diagnosis' until a diagnosis is made, then it changes to 'Contacted', but for someone like myself who works mostly with helpdesk requests, maintenance tasks etc that do not require diagnosis, I feel that it would be quite useful to keep…
